We were going on holiday to Penzance from Bournemouth. Our holiday was in May, we booked the taxi in January. The fee was £240. We paid £86.51 upfront. The taxi was scheduled to pick us up at 8am on the 3d of May. To be on the safe side, I called them to reconfirm two weeks before the date. The company sent me an email to reconfirm the day before the holiday. At 7am on the day of our departure they sent us a message saying that they had cancelled the journey because the taxi driver had health issues. They made no effort to find a replacement driver. This left us in a desperate situation. We had a ferry to catch in Penzance. This caused us enormous inconvenience and anxiety. This taxi service is totally unreliable. We will never use them again and we would advise others not to either.

The driver is well communicated . We are picking up on time and the drive was very comfortable.

The driver was very pleasant, we were very tired from our overnight flight and had a peaceful journey in our taxi. I'm grateful for the fast, efficient transportation

The short answer to that is the taxi never showed and I had paid £32.94p the day before, tried to call you three times but only got an answering machine, had to call around to get another cab who did come and charged me £12.00, I was going to St Pancras station from N19, a distance of 2 miles, I want my money back.

I ordered three taxis and each one of them was late. The first one was nearly an hour late.

Excellent service, prompt pickup and a nice journey home.

Rashid was on time , drove safely and arrived In good time for the flight. Listening to friends they said was priced very readonably

& communication etc was exact.

There were a lot of messages/emails back and forth as part of the booking and confirmation process which came from more than one source. This seemed a bit heavy on the communication but at least I felt reassured that the taxi was going to turn up. I confirmed about 3 times that I could pay in full by debit card once I was in the vehicle, but the driver didn't have a card payment facility. Luckily there was an ATM nearby and I took out the cash. The driver was also a few minutes late and went to the wrong address, but it was nearby and luckily we saw each other. On arriving at Gatwick he dropped me off in the Multi-Storey car park because it was £8 instead of the £10 drop off fee. This takes a few minutes extra so is important to factor in when you need to catch a flight. In the end, he got me to Gatwick safely and on time but only because I always allow lots of extra time when making travel arrangements to allow for mishaps. In summary, they got the job done, but it's not a rave review. I've used another company for years who always provide a very personal and efficient airport taxi service so I'm comparing the two. Unfortunately they were fully booked.

Our driver showed up on time, was very professional and pleasant during our trip. He drove us for 4 hours to Manchester waited for us for 6 hours and got us back home by midnight. He was cheerful even after such a long day. Most importantly he drove safely. I would highly recommend this service.
