Phone covers were good but delivery was slow and outside time promised
I purchased from Dublin so as to get my covers fast, otherwise I would have ordered from Amazon.
I was very disappointed to be told that my covers were being sent from DENMARK not DUBLIN
This was totally misleading
I WAS PROMISED A REFUND OF POSTAGE BY HÈLÈNA BUT AS YET HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT

Excellent customer service had my phone the next day 👍

The covers aren't properly aligned for the camera lenses on the back of the phone the holes too small or misaligned

Have not received my order I am disappointed with this as I was in need of these items.

I recently purchased a new Garmin VIVOFIT 3 Band from mytrendyphone to replace the stock band. The purchase from online order to delivery was fairly prompt. I placed the order on 15/06 and it arrived on 20/06 here in the Midlands. The band quality is a good, the Garmin fits like factory and the clasp is firm. I'd purchase again from mytrendyphone.

The estimated delivery time was 2-5 working days. It was nine as it had to come from Germany which the site did not state. But the phone cover is very good quality and better than I expected. It was worth the wait

I ordered a phone flip case on the 29 of may and still not arrived I then ordered a smart watch as advertised then got a message that the item was not in stock so I got a refund after three e mails not a great company no apologies never use them again

Don't touch this lot with a barge pole, talk about gas lighting....oh yes you got your refund...oh yes you did....NO I DIDN'T
After weeks of chasing them I now intend to stir this up...I will not be taken for a fool. I reckon the item I ordered was never available

The samsung EKG earphones where on €18.00, very cheap.

It might not the company's fault that my package still not arrived after 5 working days but they might need to look for other curier or not advertise their business internationally. It shouldn't take over 5 workdays to get a package from Germany to Ireland. Also no tracking number so no idea if it just delayed or lost.

Update: gave an extra star as the package arrived but it took 2 weeks!! to arrive to Ireland from Germany. In 2024 this should not happen.
