The company took my order, set it had sent it, and nothing arrived. It is asking me for feedback, but since I haven't received the order or any indication of when I might receive it,

I returned a phone case on 12 September to their UK address provided via email. This company are still refusing to refund me 4 weeks later. I have provided proof of postage but they say their returns department has to verify the return.
I would never use this company again- they are clearly fraudulent and don't care about their customers.

Cannot give a review as yet because I am still waiting for the goods to arrive. Very poor service when it is supposed to be 48 hour delivery.

When I purchased my new iPhone, my wireless in-car charger was no longer compatible. I ordered the ESR one for an iPhone 17 pro max, and it included the cable and cigarette adaptor for a very reasonable price. Ordering on line was straightforward, as was installing the new charger. Delivery was quick, and the item was well packed. From start to finish the whole transaction was easy and stress free. Would highly recommend this company.

Ordered an Iphone 18 pro max, on the website showing available, even got a confirmation for UPS delivery 1-2 working days, after 1 day I received an email from them saying that they do not have the phone on stock and cannot confirm a date when they can deliver the item, requested cancellation, cancelled my order, promised refund within 3 days, 7 day passed still no refund, questioned them and the response was ‘’we are working on it’’ PLEASEE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

My silicone clear case for Samsung Z Flip 8 broke just after 3 days,poorly made.

I ordered a smart phone case. Unfortunately the software provided did not work with my phone and there was no update. I was promptly offered a refund but decided to keep the case because otherwise it was OK

Ordered a case for my Galaxy S26 Ultra. Payment was taken immediately, but I received no order confirmation email. When I chased, I was told the item had been “shipped on 22 Sept”.

Today is 29 Sept and there is still no case, no reliable tracking, and no update. The advertised 2–5 working days has clearly not held up. At this point it feels more like a pre‑order than a normal in‑stock item.

Until the item actually arrives (or I get a proper explanation and ETA), I can’t rate this experience any higher.

Purchased an s23 smart view case, it didn't fit perfectly and comes with software that is highly dubious. The instructions ask you to download the software from a QR code which connects to an insecure link on a chineese webserver, not Google play. The app itself wants your GPS location and makes multiple outbound connections to the Internet transmitting who knows what. It shouldn't require any Internet access at all. If it's not illegal it's extremely poor software.

Also delivery stated as 48 hour royal mail, it was sent from abroad, which would have been fine if they said it would take closer to a week.

Don't buy, if you you have, get a refund.

I bought a screen cover and the website said if I ordered by a certain time it would be dispatched that day I also paid extra for 48hour delivery my package was dispatched two days later and still hasn't arrived 6 days after ordering

I've edited it from 1 to 3 stars because the company got in touch and refunded my shipping fees as a gesture of good will, the reason I only give three stars is because I'd previously requested this via email and been denied until I left a negative review.

the screen case did come and was packaged well and is of good quality but the site is very misleading when it comes to shipping and costs being in the UK I wouldn't have bought something being shipped from Denmark it should be clearer.

I usually have no problem with mytrendyphone but, having had to return an item, I now have no confidence of getting the problem resolved. The item went faulty and I returned it but never got any acknowledgement as to them receiving it. I have now emailed with no response again. I then used the chat on the website and was basically fobbed off and told to wait another week. The week has passed and again on the chat I'm told to wait until I hear something.
If this doesn't get resolved that will be my last transaction with them as I now have lost confidence in them.

After leaving this review I was contacted to say that my return would be dealt with immediately. I was sent a replacement item which was delivered to the wrong address, this was not the fault of MTP but of the courier (UPS) but fortunately I have honest neighbours, who forwarded the item to me.
So although the experience was a bit of a long running saga the eventual outcome was to my satisfaction so I will be giving them further business.

Very disappointing customer service. I placed an order on 5 August 2026 . As of 20 August, I still have not received my order.

I have contacted MyTrendyPhone by email but have received no response. I have also tried the telephone number and live chat advertised on their website, but neither is working.

I understand that delivery delays can happen, but completely failing to respond to a customer and having advertised contact methods that don't work is unacceptable.

I am now having to contact my bank to look into recovering the money I paid.

I would strongly recommend that customers think carefully before ordering until MyTrendyPhone improves its communication and customer service.

Ordered a LK2316 multifunctional camera ,from ,as it's got a .UK site ,the UK. Nope, taken EIGHT DAYS to come from Denmark!!!...product description on website states INCLUDES data card.....well it didn't come with one...so it won't work will it
