Top-notch service from beginning to end = nothing to worry about!

The people planning the trip are informative and professional. They take excellent care of me on every trip. The wild Scotland and polar bear trips are my favorite so far. I've been on all seven continents and about 70 countries and I'm only going to travel with Natural Habitat in the future.

I have travelled with NatHab on many occasions and have yet to be disappointed. The reservation process is professional, personalized, and simple. There are tons of team members to answer any questions that might come up. The air department works hard to get you flights that fit your wishes. The tour guides are very knowledgeable and organized. They truly care about their tour members and making sure all have a positive experience. Having small groups of travelers is definitely a plus. Additionally the accommodations, charter flights, and other modes of transportation are top-notched. Because of NatHab‘s attention to detail, they have absolutely become my preferred travel company.

Our guide was outstanding and it seemed like there was no question she couldn't answer. Connections were seamless. NatHab provided top-of-the-line cold weather gear, including boots, so you didn't have to overload your baggage with bulky gear - or buy things you'd only use once. We also liked the way NatHab supported the local community.

This company does a great job from booking your flights to getting you to your hotel and back to the airport.

From the moment we were picked up at the airport to our final moments of this trip, everything, yes everything (no hyperbole) was amazing and organized.

The guides are incredibly knowlegeble about not only the animals , but the bids, reptiles, plants, trees, insects,flowers and the terrain. Believe it or not, our Uganda guide Pietro spoke not only Swahilli but chimpanzee and mountain gorilla!
Do not overpack. There is laundry service. Pack half the clothes you think you need, maybe less.

We had great guides on our Yellowstone winter trip. Everything was very well organized. We also had great success viewing wildlife, which is never guaranteed. Though the knowledgeable guides knew were to look to have the best chances of seeing wolves, moose, big horn sheep, and more. It was a wonderful experience!

From the moment they pick you up until the moment they drop you off, every detail is attended to...in a professional and high quality way. The guides are fabulous and they can change direction on a dime if they need to . The destinations are carefully chosen and the experience is full of winder and joy. We keep choosing nat hab over any other tour company

Every detail - food and accommodations, transportation, what to pack, gear provided, how, where and when to best experience the Northern Lights (heated locations) - was well thought out and executed. Our guide was genial and knowledgeable as was his assistant. My dietary restrictions were accommodated with aplomb.

It was an absolutely wonderful trip. Our guide was the best and it was a nice group of participants. I loved the various activities and educational experiences associated with a trip. My only complaint is that I think it was very expensive which made the insurance extremely expensive. I've traveled widely and it may be the most or certainly one of the most expensive trips I've ever taken.

Nat Hab has local knowledge, excellent guides, interesting activities, and well organized trips. Not super luxury but comfortable in every way.

This was my 3rd trip with Nat Hab and others planned for later this year.

I have been on 8 NatHab trips and have 2 more on the schedule. Each has been somewhere between great and a truly peak life experience. There are many things that separate NatHab from other really good adventure travel companies. The guides are incredibly knowledgable and the use of local guides really enriches the experience. In the case of our most recent (and perhaps least adventurous) trip, the winter Yellowstone wildlife safari, both guides brought a love of the area, a talent for sharing their passion and an attention to each individual guest that really stood out. It is adventure travel, and things don'e always go according to plan but the company is great at handling the inevitable hiccups - Frozen fjords that block boats, snow storms that delay snow coaches, fog that prevents planes from landing on a dirt strip in Greenland.

This company is top notch! Any complains on my part at all! We have been using this company for four trips aover the past 6 years and evrybody on the tem is great, nice, eager to help you with any questions you might have! Nat Hab does a tremendous job to help nature, the animals and WWF. They parner with WWF. The trips are amazing, small groups, great guides/leaders. Really everything is amazing!
