The trip was well organized and the guides were knowable. Accommodations were nice and dinners were good. I only gets 4 stars because breakfast and lunch were eaten in the van or snow coach. That would not have been so bad, but we ate while moving. I don't think pulling over for 10 or 15 minutes would have made that much difference to our time in the field and would have made breakfast and lunch a lot more comfortable. Also only one of the vans had cupholders so if you were in the other van it became a balancing act. We had less than a full trip so there was room to spread out (lots of camera gear). I think a full trip would have been a bit crowded. I preferred being in the snow coaches to being in the vans, much more comfortable and more room. The snow coach drivers were great. Overall a great trip and the guides did a great job getting us to good photo opportunities.

We have been traveling with Nat Hab for 13 yrs and have never been disappointed with their trips. The guides are well informed, professional and fun. You never have to worry about any details as the expedition leader is always on top of any situation. From the moment they pick you up at the airport you never have to worry about anything. These trips are great and off the beaten path. I highly recommend Nat Hab for your travel trips. They never disappoint.

We had a wonderful, energetic leader who always smiled and was happy to answer questions.
The location was perfect and the warming buildings well planned and always welcome on cold, windy nights.

These trips are the best - NatHab helps you avoid the crowds and see what you wouldn't find on your own. Learning while having fun, meeting people with similar interests, helping the environment - hard to pick what makes them the best! I've done two tours so far and have booked three more - they are the best way to adventure travel.

Trip was well planned and carried off...experienced, knowledgeable staff...and magnificent wildlife and scenery.

Jocelyn is an amazing, energetic guide. So glad to have met her. Pam is a good driver. Seeing the aurora was a lifetime goal, and we had four good nights to view. Other activities were nice- snow shoes, dog sled, museum.

My wife and I did the Machu pichu and galapagos trips one after the other. We had such a great time and experienced two different sets of Nat Hab support teams. We can not say enough about how awesome both sets of team members were. They all did their utmost to make sure that you personally enjoyed and experienced the trip you signed up for. That culture was evident with all team members no matter how little or how much time we spent with them. We met many team members as they guided us to our connections due to combining two trips. They made getting to the airport connections (transportation, getting the boarding passes, etc.) Very hassle free. All in all we had a phenomenal time on both trips. Well worth it.

Guide in Botzwana was bully. Accommodations were very uncomfortable in Namibia because it was very hot and fans were scarce. Gray Whale experience to pay thousands of dollars for out houses and no electricity. There were camps closer to the whales with running water and electricity.
After the content of this reply as well as the original replies following my feedback of the whale camp from Ben B and Elisabeth, both trips in 2027, booked before whale camp are very much in jeopardy!

The expertise of our NatHab guides, the itinerary, the wildlife, food, and the care in planning every detail of our Galapagos trip made this a five-star trip! I cannot say enough good things about this company. I would absolutely travel with them again.

Nat Hab is awesome! This was our second trip with them. They have knowledgeable, personable, professional, and highly attentive guides, fantastic, off the beaten path itineraries for great nature and animal sightings on their nature itineraries, their accommodations are comfortable and oftentimes unique, food is tasty and plentiful and food restrictions and allergies are carefully attended to, and safety and comfort are their top priorities. We will be traveling for a third time with them next year. There aren’t enough superlatives to praise their staff and tours!

Every trip we have taken, Polar Bears, Iceland and Greenland, Madagascar, and Migration of Monarch butterflies has been unique. Attention to detail and guides who are amazing and have made each trip memorable. Each trip I did not want to end. Thank you for enriching my life!

Very small group. Excellent vehicles. Great "support staff". Saw every animal (wolves, coyote, moose, bison, big horn sheep, etc.).

Great guides guaranteed a great trip. They found the right places to see a range of animals. Friendly, great sense of humor and extraordinary knowledge.

Super nice and thoughtful NatHab employees. The guide on this trip was always helpful, and knew what he was doing. The employees always had on their minds making the trip special for our group as a whole, and for the individuals in the group. We have done many Nat Hab tours, and we are going to keep coming back for more trips.

Nat Hab trips generally include a representative to meet you at the airport and to escort you when departing. Having someone to escort us through the Dehli airport when we departed was great and really necessary.

The people from NH are very professional and personable. They will help you through the slightest need or misunderstanding of “the plan”.

One caution. If you enter the medical facility in Churchill for any reason, it’s over a thousand dollars. I left a $10 BP script at home and learned the hard way. Double and triple check your meds before departure! (I should note the NH people made a special trip to bring back into Churchill and waited for me while I got the script filled. Now that’s a true caring organization!)
