I made two different orders, the first one was delivered really quickly but the strap didn’t have a comfortable and secure fastening, so I ordered a different second one magnetic that was lost by the courier during the delivery (delivered to the wrong address).
After having provided evidence of the incorrect delivery, Nicole of the Nava Bands customer service sent me another one in some days, so five stars to her for the excellent and accurate service

The delivery time was indeed 6-10 working days as they’ve mentioned in the email, as for the band, the quality is so nice, I’ve ordered a Titan band for my Apple Watch and I’m wearing it daily, no issues on the skin (had some issues with the silicone one). Overall, great product and great design and at a good price!

I’d been looking at Nava Bands for quite a while as an alternative to Apple Watch bands.
I ordered 2 bands and on receiving them I was impressed by their quality.
My Magna Loop band broke a week into wearing it and I contacted support to see if there were any options. Before I’d even received a reply email they’d already organised for a replacement to be shipped to me.
I will be using Nava Bands for all my future watch needs.

So the company make great bands. They are competitively priced. I had a query about a discount which I actually wasn’t entitled to and they still honoured it. In another situation they replaced my watch strap without question. Well done and well worth using.
