i was introduced to Nectr from someone working in the solar industry. They highly recommend nectr. I had solar put on the roof of my house with Nectr. Josh Hicks looked after me. He was thoughtful and able to answer questions that I had. I was nervous originally but was so happy with the outcome. I am happy to be able to participate in helping our world a greener place. I would highly recommend Nectr and Josh to anyone. I would request that you ask for Josh to look after you personally.
I just signed up with nectr. I did so primarily because their sales reps. Mark and Rochelle were exceedingly courteous, respectful, pleasant, appropriately humorous and forthcoming with information. They answered all my questions fully and directly and were able to back up every claim they made concerning nectr's services by showing me their own nectr discounted bills. Moreover, they were not aggressive or forceful (which is something I find quite offensive and irksome!). They also looked really exhausted and cooked by the sun yet they never for a second let it affect their professional etiquette. Furthermore, their sharp intellect, quick wit and effortless smiles were a welcome surprise in these dark and trying times where work can become perfunctory. All in all, they were just lovely and though I had no real desire to switch electricity providers I changed my mind because of their conduct. If nectr admin. is reading this they deserve some sort of commendation or something because they are a credit to your business. Additionally, though they vehemently professed loving their current roles, it is my humble opinion that nectr would benefit even more if these two were assigned roles out of the sun which more adequately exploited their exceptional talents.

I can't comment on the product but I found the sales person very rude and disrespectful today at Fairfield Shopping Centre Brisbane. Not everyone has time to stop and view a product they don't need. If I kindly say 'I am right thankyou' I don't need the response 'I am LEFT' If he wanted me to laugh he should have joined the circus!!
Don't fall for their promotion, it is a trap, not worth it, eventually they will try to rip off the consumers.
It is expensive, stay away from this energy provider, they are unethical business

I cannot yet review Nectr as I am just in the process of switching across from my current provider, I can however review the employee who informed me about Nectr, Marty.
Very polite man who did not try to hurry me along or try to twist my arm into signing up with Nectr but rather spent plenty of time explaining Nectr to me and showing me what I could be saving.

I signed up with Nectr in October 2020. I dealt with Anthony at the North Lakes pop upstore. His approach was professional and confident. He knew the product well which made me have faith in the product as well from the way in which he explained the competitive rates. He had a welcoming disposition and made me immediately feel comfortable to talk to him with his nature.
I saw him again today, 2nd September 2021, at the same store, and he still had the same friendly yet professional disposition when I had a few questions on my billing. He cleared my confusion up for me, as did Jeremy. Jeremy's approach was also friendly, respectful and professional, I appreciate his input too. The guys at Nectr work hard and are really competitive with rates for electricity. I'm very happy with changing over to them!

Marty was very pleasant and very informative about how the bills work and helped me with all of the sign up.
I came back to ask some questions the next day and Anthony who was representing was more than helpful, I’m so courteous for both of the boys help.

Just changed over to Nectr electricity a month ago after being referred to them from a friend. I dealt with Marty Foelz. What a pleasure he has been to deal with. Marty has made everything super easy and was extremely efficient in every process we went through. I recommend Marty of the highest customer service standard. A big, big thank you!

I signed up being told it would be a monthly payment direct debited which was making what I was already paying cheaper through another company. Until after 3 months I get billed over $800 for my bill. The reason I was given for this was because it was a estimate as they didn't charge me the right amount each month and found out the meter doesn't get read until every 3 months. So their monthly charge is an estimate!!!! How is anyone expected to come up with $800 in 2 weeks because of them underestimating my bill. This means my bill was over $1000 for 3 months and I don't even have a reverse cycled airconditioner in the house or any heaters that consume a lot of power (so how can I be billed this much for using less electricity than what I did in my last house I lived in and have my bill be that high than the last electric company I was through). This company is full of lies as far as I'm concerned and I will be changing as I don't like the thought of getting another $800 in another 3 months time. Why am I making monthly payments when I get thrown a bill with that amount to pay. it has been absolutely rediculous!!!!!

Absolutely awful and I wish I had not made the change to this electric company.
I’ve got solar panels sitting on my roof and these guys have lied to me time and time again on giving me phone calls back to get the meter changed in which I’m still waiting for. Way before the outbreak I was asking them not to drag their feet and they’ve continued to do so.
First lie I call as soon as I get my solar panels put in and I’m told that another person will call me back in 30 minutes and I never got the phone call. I wait and give it a week and they say someone will call me back in 5 minutes and that’s me giving them my ewr for the solar: since this company doesn’t do solar I’ve got to change to another electrical company. Do they keep that promise? The answer is no.
Nectr you are not releasing me and not doing your job. You’ve shown me extreme unprofessional behavior and I urge others not to join this company, they are awful. Most of all keep your promises when calling your customers back!
I am so happy with being signed up. Anthony Smith signed me up and was happy with his professionalism. Gladly sign my friends up with him

Sign up was so easy, not that I was looking for a new electricity provider but Nicholas has a great knack for selling so I signed up asap.

Rickie took on the task to help resolve a billing issue where my previous provider continued to bill me even after switching to Nectr. Saved me time and frustration dealing with the round around by AGL!

Easy sign up via the website, great rates and I even got a credit on my second bill! I am now considering getting solar which I didn't think I could afford but with Nectr they can include solar and battery with a 7 year entry plan, No upfront costs!

no customer access whatsoever - they send you a bill BUT PROVIDE NO MEANS TO PAY IT, aside from the hideous direct debit incompetence.... they save the money BY NOT PROVIDING THE CUSTOMER INDEPENDENT MEANS TO ACCESS AND PAY THEIR ACCOUNTS THEMSELVES
