Ronald was super helpful and understanding while I went through some challenges with my previous provider. Thank you Ronald.

We had an adjustment made to our bill because of a meter reading that was incorrect and this was done immediately for this months bill. It was a prompt response when I emailed and the changes were made instantly. Thank you for being easy to communicate with and straight forward.

It was good to talk to an operator without any delays or being placed on hold for a lengthy period of time like other major companies do to you.

Cheers Nectr so far so good was with AGL lovin Nectr atm. I sent an email which Ronald answerred promptly and responded muchly appreciated many thanks.

Have been a customer now for about 9 months and have always found the staff very helpful, polite and able to assist in my queries.

Great Customer Service. Very helpful gentleman on the phone and great there are no late fees for card issues.
Never really write reviews but am happy to do so as genuinely pleased with the experience.
