I bought the cat steam brush and never received it. I emailed the company countless times, however, no reply whatsoever! I am highly disappointed. The company is a total scam! Do not order anything from here unless you like throwing your hard earned money away!

Package arrived damaged. Cat toy ball is very scary for my cats, they run away from it. It is very fast, too much vibrating lights and generally intimidating fast.

Absolute crap company, I've written two emails for a refund, nothing. The toy I bought arrived broken and it doesn't stick to the floor. It was £20, massive rip off.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Bought the wrestling puppet and it totally sucks. Not at all as advertised. No crinkle ears, no places for fingers to go as suggested and no cat nip. This is a scam company, they do not supply what they say they will.

Puchased the cat steam brush. It worked for a short time. Has a space for a charger( very small) the product didn't come with a charger. Very disappointing. Unable to get in touch with this company. Can't even reach this company. Nestoly.com Big Scam! Save your money!

I have had two of these cat toys delivered and after 24 hrs they no longer work.It looks as though it is charging but after hours on charge they no longer work.Save your money, do not purchase these items

Absoltulely terrible company take your money take 10 days to pick your item before even shipping items stay well clear of this company dodgy as hell? Unprofessional won't refund tell me I've got to wait this was a Christmas present for my cat ordered 2nd December. Today 19th and only just picked.

Packaging was good. After that it was disappointing. A waste of money. Does not do what it claims to do. The rating 1 is for the packaging

Ordered blue wand Interactive Cat Toy, received with a cracked, broken base in flimsy packaging. Wrote company with photos and was sent a replacement wand, but no new base. Wrote company again which offered me a refund on the shipping charge $4+, but not on the item >$17. I asked for a new base to be sent and haven't received yet. Faulty product, poor customer service, and terrible value.

Item didn't arrive. Asked for a refund and didn't reply. Have had to get a charge reversal from the card issuer. Best avoid.

If I could give a minus 10 stars, it would be too much. They sent me a defective cat toy and when I asked for a refund, they proceeded to offer me 25% refund as a good will gesture, then 50% refund and then 75% refund over the course of three weeks. I contacted American Express to pull my money back, waiting to see if that helped. I told them I would return their defective product to international shipping per their policy and quoted their policy, and to refund ALL of my money. Today I received another email and they are offering me ALL of my money back. Do not buy anything through this company unless you have the patience to get your money back. Not trust worthy or customer friendly.

Avoid these MFs like the plague. Their website is filled with FAKE positive reviews and they sell dollar store crap from Third World Countries.

Just received my cat ball, it will not charge at all. Have contacted the company for advice/ refund watch this space!

I bought the little moving ball cat toy. Took 2 weeks to arrive, box was damaged on arrival, cheap product and cat is terrified of it, it’s noisy and darts around in an almost violent manner! Reviews on the website for this product I suspect are fake

False advertisements!
Bought the flying disks cat toy for £10 thinking at that price shouldn't be too bad. Arrived couple weeks later but didn't work at all so emailed. They offered replacement which i accepted. Another couple of weeks later new product arrived broken and faulty so emailed. Offered me a pathetic £3.50 refund due to cost of returns being high. Not my fault your company sells rubbish and should take the brunt and issue full refund. 1 star is being kind really.
