We were sent 2 braces for the same right knee. When I contacted your company we received an email back very quickly. We were then sent an email with a return label so we did not have to pay for any additional charges and we were given instructions on when we could expect the brace for the left knee. We are very pleased with the product and the customer service we received. Keep up the good work.
Terrible experience from start to finish.
I placed an order over 40 days ago and still haven’t received a single thing. I’ve emailed this company multiple times and they don’t even bother replying. Honestly, UK buyers should be careful — once they take your money, you’re on your own.
I’m now getting help from the relevant UK consumer rights services because this is ridiculous. I wish I’d read more reviews before ordering. Avoid the headache
This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I have had. The website looks polished and appears like a premium US based company, but the product I received was absolutely nothing like what they advertise. It was a £170 item with the quality of cheap £10 plastic. I returned it immediately and even paid £7 myself to send it back. They confirmed the parcel arrived with them on 29 October and said the refund would be issued after they checked the item. A full month passed with no refund at all, so on 28 November I emailed again asking what was going on. Today is 9 December and there is still no reply, no update and no refund. Complete silence.
The funny part is they ignore every message I send, yet they still manage to send me two marketing emails every single day without fail. They disappear the moment they owe you money, but they never miss a chance to advertise to you.
The whole experience has been misleading from the product quality to the lack of support. UK customers should be extremely careful because if something goes wrong you will be left chasing a refund for weeks while they act like you do not exist.
The packaging and delivery was great. This product just didn't work for me.

The lengthy shipping time only added more frustration with this product. Upon arrival the product looked fine however it did not have any side support which I desired, This is simply a high priced compression sleeve with a fancy boa adjuster.
I tried to return it immediately and received an email back claiming that the return directions were attached. They were not and hoping this review will render assistance
I received my device today and excited to try it. It appears to be well made. Instructions could use a little more instruction on fitting. How to change where pads are located with the belt locks. Figuring out how to use after initial set up was easy and could feel it working. I know things don’t happen immediately but feel this will help improve my back issues!

Update to review below: After using for a week I requested a return label per their 60 day return policy because and was totally jerked around. First they wanted a reason which I gave them. Days passed and when I recontacted them they asked for a "positive review" (extortion) which I gave. I waited days and started to smell a rat. After threatening to contact my credit card company I still got no response. Having all my saved emails I contacted my credit card company who backed out the charge and credited me in full. Still no contact from Neurogena, so I expect my credit will stick and I'll keep the free belt which I'll give to charity or toss. So good luck if the belt doesn't work for you and you try to get a refund.
Your product makes sense but did not help my situation at all. Not sure why because I wished it did.

Absolutely crappy customer service - spams my inbox but refuses to respond to email requesting they send the missing items which they called bonuses at the time of ordering. Also, when you select whether you are happy with the purchase, if you select unhappy or angry, the page takes you to their homepage and you are not allowed to leave a review. You have to click on "happy" to be able to write a review.
Just received the decompression belt. It was easy to use and I felt the pressure taken off of my back and a much needed and relieving stretch. The belt tho is very uncomfortable. It does what is expected which I am pleased of. The shipping took a long time which I didn't expect. Over all I look forward to daily use. Thanks!
