Knee+ systems, knee brace. The product does a good job but the quality is lousy. After 2-3 months the knee brace is completely unusable and Neurgena consistently refuses to replace. There is also total confusion and incompetence in their support department. Unfortunately a really bad experience.

I ordered my package but it didn't arrive and they took my money back, it seems the company is a ghost or maybe I was unlucky enough to get ripped off and they didn't return my money. but I don't recommend it, I found the same product on eBay and it arrived in a few days, Plus I also found it in black.

Looks great, falls apart quickly
The knee brace feels great and works well on day one and two, then day three of wearing it, it begins to fall apart. The patella support ring just falls off and the brace is therefore worthless at that point.
Was informed by Neurogena to contact them via email with order number and they would correct the issue, however, I had previously tried that with no response which led to the review. I emailed again on 5/7/26, so we will see if anything at all happens.
