Great experience purchasing from New England Tack. I ordered a tiny western saddle for my mini. It fits both the pony and my grandson.

I ordered a teal full body slinky and was sent a green one. The product sticker had "Teal" in the product name scribbled out in pen with "Green" written under it. Reached out to the company asking for a replacement, they asked for photos which I sent. They sent back what the green vs teal slinky looked like. I assured them it was in fact green, not teal. They then said I was incorrect and that I definitely got teal. That might be what was SUPPOSED to be in that bag, but a green one was put in the teal bag with the teal barcode, "teal" crossed out, green written instead, and they sent it based on the barcode and not what was in the bag. I am sending it back for a refund, which is nice, but I'm still without the correct slinky. I ordered from here because they're the only site with a teal color slinky I could find in the size I need.

Great Saddle for the price! Fast Professional Shipping, my only issue is that the Stirrups are not wide enough for my boot width. I put the saddle on my horse yesterday and I was pleasantly satisfied with the fit.Preety good.

Took a couple weeks to get a belt… Love the product so has everyone that’s seen it. Tuff to get tracking info though. however, I would most definitely ship with these guys again. Quality products decent prices.

Great service

The saddle and pad I ordered arrived in a timely manner, but upon opening the package the saddle was missing the breast collar and bridle that were supposed to be included. I had a little difficulty reaching them, but finally did. The man I spoke with was very apologetic and said he would get the missing items sent out ASAP. Tracking says they will be here in two days. Thanks and I would recommend them again.

I think this company is a scam! I was sent the wrong item. Customer service keeps telling me that they will send me a return authorization slip. Nothing ever comes. Their voice mail is not even to their company. Buyer beware!

I received a damaged coat and after a few requests I finally received a return label. I also sent a message asking to exchange the coat for a size small as the medium is too big. I get no response, other than, send it back and we’ll replace it.

They sent me the wrong color now the color I ordered is out of stock and they want me to drive an hour out of my way to return the item I received to get my money back
