We got the saddle and noticed there are cracks in the swell. Emailed the company over 24hrs ago to inquire about a return and refund and even added pictures of the damage. I still have yet to get a reply.

Prompt shipping and affordable first saddle for my son who will probably outgrow it in a year or 2. Some of the tape did break during shipping so part of the horn was sticking out of the box. There were a few scuff marks and a red mark on the leather but for the money the saddle is a nice first youth saddle that will be used just at home. I would still recommend this store to others and would even purchase again.

Better than expected quality. The folks who have stated this is thin may be comparing this to a full leather model. I think this is a good weight for what it is.

For context, I'm preparing for a trip out to the Mojave this upcoming year and needed a light colored duster. Ordering from them was straight forward and simple, but the duster that arrived was the wrong color and came with a letter and a note that stated because the color I wanted was out of stock they provided me with an upgraded alternative instead.

The courtesy letter and substitution was greatly appreciated and the duster itself was of excellent quality and build, but I ended up returning it because I need the lighter color specifically. The return process was simple, their support team sent me the return labels and I got the duster repackaged and sent back a few days later, got my refund, and am now awaiting notification for when that lighter color duster is back in stock.

The only thing I'd dock a point for isn't something that I'm sure is even their fault, so I won't. Having access to the information on if a specific color of item is out of stock before purchase would help save hassle for both their staff and the customer in the long run so you don't have to deal with the logistics of shipping things back and forth if the customer doesn't accept the substitution that is offered to them.

Overall I'm very satisfied with the company and the product they sent me for the price tag was well worth it.

I ordered the wrong size jacket(I thought). I returned for a smaller one ,but smaller one was alittle snug. So had to reorder the first size again. The return process was good and I now have the jacket that fits.
