Great coat! It arrived on time and was a smooth transaction.

The coat itself is plenty big and tall. I’m 6’6” and 325 lbs and it sits well on my shoulders and hangs well. It has all the pockets, straps, and liners I’d hope to be there. Great price too!

Really nice slinky! I love the quality and fit. I did size up once since I saw another review saying they run small so I’d definitely size up before buying.

You sent the wrong item entirely, admitted it was your mistake, but have refused to send me a return label because, and I quote, "it's the same quality." You said you accept returns, as anyone should when they send the wrong item, but have refused to do so.

Paid 8.99 for shipping to exchange a 22.99 belt that was erdered in wrong size. Sent wrong one back on the 10th of October and have still not received my replacement. Their phone number is not for a business and i have messaged and emailed several times to resolve this issue. I finally heard from them today Oct 17th that my package was lost by shipper and a new one was sent out today. Hopefully i will receive it.

The saddle is made very well.

Second store I ordered a saddle from. No indication that it was out of stock or low in stock. Was excited that the tracking came through, waiting for my new saddle to find out that it was out of stock. Again this is the second store this happened to me.

Good service. DHL Charged me $55 for tax border and brokerage. Seems high Maybe consider USPS?

Recently made purchases for three slinky. even though there was a mix up with the size on one, managed to make it work, The team at New England Tack made sure I was happy with my order.

This doesn’t look like a “branded” saddle. That being said, it is very nice for the price! It is super cute and my daughter is very excited to use it for her young lesson riders. It is very attractive and love that it came with a bridal and breast collar!

The item I ordered was not in stock but I only found out about that because when my item arrived it was a substituted color. The note included from NET was very professional and polite offering a full refund if I did not want that color (i needed a certain color, it is for a costume)but that offer could have been made before shipment. Now that I have the item I have to drive it an hour and 15 minutes round trip into town for return instead of just replying to an email that I don't want a different color. Additionally the website still lists the item I originally ordered, in the color I ordered, as "In stock"

I really like my laptop bag, it’s real leather and a beautiful design for work. For the price, totally worth it, if you buy something like this at Bloomingdales it would cost at least $500 🙌🙏

Great belts. Well made. Sturdy enough to carry OWB. Beautiful designs. Only problem was I ordered quantity of two size 38. One came larger than that. Luckily I had a belt hole puncher and was able to make it fit. That's the only reason I didn't give 5-stars. Highly recommend.
