Lauren Wood has helped throughout the process of remortgaging and has been great. She made sure we had all the right information has genuinely helped us make the best choice. We had just put our house on the market and we found it a tough decision with the options, but Lauren made it a lot easier. She has been patient throughout and very informative.

Our advisor is Kelly, we still in the process of completing our remortgaging. This is our send time working with New Home and their service has been excellent. She explain everything to us and answered all our questions. When the network is bad she still call back immediately. So far Kelly has been wonderful to us.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The team was always helpful, friendly, and supportive, making the whole process much easier for us. We felt really cared for and would happily recommend this service to anyone. Many thanks to the whole team for their hard work and support!

We are super happy with the service we’ve received. Everything was efficient and we felt well informed along the way.
