Don't believe the next day contacts. I placed an order on Dec. 4. Told on Dec. 5th that they are "backordered" and I would receive Dec. 15th. Dec. 15th comes along and still no contacts. I paid more to get my contacts quicker. Finally canceled my order. Go someone else.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. I do apologize for the delay on your contact lenses.
In most cases contact lenses are available, and are shipped via next business day. Sometimes we have to place a special order to the manufacture to fulfill an order. This can happen for a few reasons. In your case, the prescription parameters and brand were out of stock.
We do our best to notify our customers if this ever happens, and do our best to provide accurate updates on when to expect the replenishment. The information we provided for the 15th, was information we were given by the distribution center. As you mentioned, the contacts did not come in as expected.
We can certainly appreciate the need for getting contact lenses as fast as possible, and in our case the very next day. We hope you understand that in the event of a stock shortage, we do our best to get in the replenishment as fast as possible.

This is the best experience I've ever had with a mail order company. I will NEVER order through my eye doctor's office again! I learned that the cost through my ophthalmologist was $55.00 more for the exact same contact AND they were going to take a week to arrive. I placed my order at 1:30 on Wednesday afternoon and my contacts were delivered at 11:00 am the next morning.. WOW!
