We were long term customers on 800…
We were long term customers on 800 contacts, when we went on vacation, my son forgot his contacts and 800 contacts would not overnight them to us! We called on a Sunday and the earliest would be a Wednesday!! We called next day contacts on a Sunday and the rep worked w us right away and we got them the next day! I canceled my subscriptions w 800 and will never go back! Next day contacts got them so fast and without any of the hassle 800 was giving us! 5 stars for sure!
