The received code didn't work, but with the help of the excellent tech support ib the form of a brief email communication all issues were resolved. Great support! Product works perfect! I will definitely buy again in the future!

I ordered a Windows 10 Pro key and received the key right away, but Microsoft claimed the key was already in use. I emailed support and got a reply a few hours later with a confirmation code that allowed me to activate my product. Great support.

Bought a Windows 10 Pro Key and got the key via email immediately. When I used to activate windows, it said the key was already in use. Put in a request for support on NextKeys and got very quick reply. Had to take a screenshot of some codes and send back, but got the info i needed to validate my copy of windows within a few hours. Docked a star for the mild inconvenience, but overall great price and very timely and polite support.

Smooth and fast. I got stuck in "This product key has already been used" error, and this support guys went at it almost instantly and fixed the problem. Would recommend them 109%.

Entered my Windows 10 Pro key. Windows indicated that it has been used. Had to spend 16+ minutes on the phone with Microsoft Tech Support from another country to get it fixed. Did it work? Yes, stars for that. Was it convenient? No. You lose stars for that. It was a hassle. That's just for one key. If you're installing Windows 10 on multiple computers, be prepared to spend more time.

1. I strongly suggest that NextKeys adds this to the 'Activation Guide' that it provides with the email containing the key: "For 'Online Activation', if it indicates that the key has been used - get in touch with NextKeys' customer support." Otherwise, it's clearly more likely the customer will contact Microsoft instead because the option is available immediately to them on their screen the moment there's an error with activation.

2. If possible please implement live chat for support or at least put a clear duration to indicate how long a customer has to wait. ( i.e: We will respond within 10 minutes via email ). Filling out a form with 'Thanks for reaching out. Someone will get back to you soon' as a response sounds like I have to wait 2-3 business days. This seems much slower than immediately calling Microsoft. I hope Nextkeys understands that sometimes the keys need to be installed urgently.

3. I will buy one more Windows 10 key with 'Online Activation' within next week. If I run into the same problem, I will reach out to support - and if your claim that you can solve the issue quickly holds up, I'll change my review to 5 stars. If I don't run into any problems, I'll give NextKeys a 5 star review immediately.

4. To be clear, I am not attacking NextKeys. I'm sure NextKeys is a trustworthy company and this is just a mistake. I am just disappointed that my 'Online Activation' key was not an 'Online Activation' key. I feel lied to by NextKeys.

5. NextKeys also offered me an option for a partial refund ( no clear amount though ). This is nice of them, but what I lost was valuable time and trust.

Will wait until next week to see NextKey's performance.

Got key, fresh install on my device, activated flawlessly.

bought a computer without an operating system as they wanted £110 to install one for me. when i got the oc it came with windows 10 base non activated. then i paid £30 for an activation code and now im up and running no problems at all. great service and really quick.

Received the product activation key as part of the order receipt. I attempted to enter it into the windows activation, but an error message appeared that stated that it was already used. I had to use the phone support number that was on the screen with the error message. Microsoft support was very helpful and I was able to enter the code. For the price, it was worth going through the hassle.
