FIVE stars because it worked but NextKeys.io support was wrong: this key did work to REACTIVATE Office 2016 Pro. I bought in spite of their advice.

I might have taken right but unusual steps to make it work. I used a command line to delete my prior key to get Office to offer to enter a key.

I REACTIVATED Office 2016 after motherboard replacement.

To be honest, I was a bit nervous not familiar with this website, but took a "gamble" with a MS Office 2019 purchase and it worked out PERFECTLY !!! No problems with the download and install at all !! Thank you for a wonderful buying experience !!! Dave

NextKeys.io and "NextKeys.io" on kinguin.net both represent the same company. I do not understand the logic in your response. You took my 100 EUR and gave nothing in return. You have challenged this review and it has been assessed as genuine and appropriate which further cements your response as false. Accept the feedback and improve! Furthermore you will not take up my case and help me, because I cant even respond or contact you directly. Another empty promise. The order number is included in the review. Just send me a refund!

I bought a Windows 10 and MS office key from NextKeys.io via kinguin.net. Both keys have been previously activated on other devices and I spent 100 EUR for nothing. When claiming a refund via kinguin.net I have been repeatedly ignored and subsequently publicly lied to by kinguin.net here on trustpilot. Have a look at my other review. Give me back my 100 Euros!

The first key I got from them did not work. I contacted the support and they replied straight away with a new key which worked this time. Very helpful and responsive.

I have used nextkeys quite a bit in the past. I never ever had a license that didn’t work until this past time so I thought, “here we go, I have to contact support...uh oh.” I just assumed the support would be... bad, like 99% of the places out there. It was clear that we were working in different time zones and I have no issue with that. I went ahead and opened a ticket contacting support for help. Josiah Contacted me with a response immediately and began working my problem. He stayed with me until the system is up and everything was 100%. Not only that he contacted me back after a few days just to make sure that everything was OK. Real old fashion service. I can highly recommend nextkeys

Great place if you want cheapest and working Microsoft products. Great Customer Service overall. First Key I got was not working to they give me a replacement key and also helped me in the phone activation process.
Customer Service should also available on live chat because contacting via email is bit slower.

Good service, the UI and online ordering system needs to be improved. Amazon Pay is not good option

I have made several purchases for small business needs from Nextkeys.io. Immediate delivery of the keys through the website and email upon payment is great. Customers have multiple chances to saved the keys and they are even stored on your Nextkeys.io account. I have made mistakes on order pertaining to # of keys and greatly overpaid. I sent in my request and Nextkeys.io had Kevin refund me the incorrect portion within 15 mins. I've had nightmares situations fighting over refunds so that was amazing. I will continue to purchase from nextkeys.io.
