Absolutely false advertising. I thought I was purchasing from a reputable Melbourne company closing down. I was totally surprised to receive tracking info from Manilla in the Philippines. I should have realized when delivery took so long. Absolute rubbish and will never wear.

If only I’d read previous reviews! Deceitful, rubbish jewellery. I spent $200 on junk that I would not ever wear. The website says 30 days for returns, no questions asked but the day I received the goods I asked for a return address and advised I intended to return for a refund… the reply I received was a request for a photo of the package to determine if it qualified???!!! So much for claim of returns with no questions asked! Seems if they do reply I’ll also be asked to lie on customs form and expect threats.etc, etc

False Products... Jewellery only suitable for Xmas Bonbons... Junk... Report to Scam watch. I will continue until I get my refund. Every email total lies. Junk from China. Comes under multiple websites, including Lucy Melbourne.

DO NOT purchase from NOLA Melbourne. As the other reviews state, the products are crappy and cheap and the story is a scam. I attempted to return the products (which did not resemble those on the website) to China using the address supplied by the company. The parcel bounced back to Australia - wrong address. They eventually refunded 50%. Disgusted.

fraudulent and deceitful business practices, blatantly false statements about materials and source of products, i have lost $200 that i probably won't get back but i'm going to try. please look out for yourselves and your friends and family, nola 操你妈, 傻逼

I fell for it! I should have read these reviews. All reviews are completely accurate, this is a scam website.
I purchase 2 x rings and 2 x earrings.
What a WASTE of money. Terrible quality, not like the pictures at all, and already discoloured after a few days wear. I feel embarrassed wasting so much money for something so cheap.
Realised something was wrong and that they are clearly not made in Melbourne when it took over 3 weeks to ship and when the packaging said "jewelry" not "jewellery".

I received earrings in gold and ordered silver this was over a month ago. After many, many emails I finally got an address to post to China & pay postage. I have donated the earrings to RSPCA store. Do not spend your money at this online, not Melbourne store, extremely unprofessional and not worth all the stress!

Overpriced poor quality jewellery made and sold from China NOT Melbourne. They are not closing down. They make it difficult to return products, No free returns, they ask you to lie on customs declaration about the value of the item and if you refuse they threaten you with being responsible for the import costs (ie they will deduct it from the refund). Don’t waste your time or money. I have reported them to ACC.

TOTAL RUBBISH! Do not waste your money. Never have I bought items online that feels completely useless/nowhere near what was expected; beyond cheap, felt like a toy, 50c item. went in the bin. very disappointed and misled. Do not buy or waste your time! it appears this story is fake. never been this duped, I'm not one for reviews but had to flag this one. Unfortunately there are no negative 10 star scoring.

Plastic jewellery described as handcrafted,slow to arrive from China NOT Melbourne, basically dishonest and overpriced. Don't bother with these SCAMMERS

I ordered a cheap ring only $40.00 the problem is that the delivery company delivered it to an unknown address and I have emailed the Nola company approximately 10 times and the delivery company just as many times. So far no ring and the run around from one to the other. Simple transaction causing this much stress. I will not give up as the principal is the issue now. Also I understood I was dealing with a Melbourne company and the ring had to come from China. This is a scam deal.

DONT BUY!!! Absolute scam. Earrings nothing like photo and extremely poor quality. Another example of deceitful business practices. Have asked for return address as now cant find it on website. Please forward it if you've been caught out. Thanks

Supposed to be hand made jewellery in Melbourne, instead is Temu style rubbish. Worse than Temu actually, which is saying something.

I placed an order for five dresses in November 2024. When the order was received three dresses were forwarded. Contact made via Email with Nola Melbourne well within their 30 Day Return and Replacement Policy we were constantly in contact. Promises and Disappointment have been ongoing and we are in May 2025 with the more recent Emails informing me that they have lost Emails and I am unable to provide sufficient proof that the two dresses outstanding were not in the delivery. Having had several Email Contacts you repeat your conversations frequently. I should have taken notice of the other unhappy customers. Nola Melbourne have been informed via my Email with Kenneth (the last contact) that I will be considering Legal Representation if my Order is not fulfilled.

Nola, the cute old lady is AI generated and the products also -in picture- are nothing like the crap you’re going to get in your mailbox from China.
I’ve asked for a refund but they keep sending me offers instead.

Do not waste your money. Business is not closing down and is not based in Melbourne. Received totally different earrings than ordered then Nola would not refund money unless I returned incorrect earrings and paid for return postage. Also would not resend correct earrings even though promised to do so. Just stay away from Nola jewellery. Business is a total disaster.

This is a scam. Black cardigan not delivered. Would not give refund.
