Don't buy jewellery from this site. The 'stones' are plastic (not even glass), and so are the mounts. Although they look lovely, they are certainly are not

This cannot be for real! Reporting to scan watch ADHD trying to get refund via PayPal
The company is a Scam
The company is a Scam. It is not in Melb. Jewellery is bad and ugly. When you want to return. The address is in China in a dodgy place. Then they lied and said I didn't pay customs which means my "package" was trapped in China.
Comunication is bad.
Please don't fall for it. There is no sweet lady retiring is just a bunch of scamers waiting for you at the other end

Fake Fake Fake
Fake Fake Fake. Warning! Do not purchase anything. The whole “story” about Nola is fake. All the jewellery is also found on cheap websites eg SHEIN, Temu, Ali express. There’s nothing handcrafted about this junk jewellery.
Update: same scam in the UK - see Nola-Boutique
UPDATE: Same scam being done in the UK under Nola-Boutique, a supposed York based business. Read similar Trust Pilot reviews.
3 months after delivery of the 3 pairs of earrings - one pair was barely acceptable, second pair was a plastic stone sticker with painted plastic pearl beads, the third pair was not what I ordered.
I was told to choose a replacement pair but EVERY pair I have chosen was apparently out of stock or ready to send but never sent.
They have no shame but have my money.
I ordered 3 pairs or earrings from Nola Melbourne which arrived fairly quickly (from China), however one pair was a substitute for an apparent 'out of stock' pair even though it was shown on the website as being in stock.
I contacted them and was told to choose a replacement pair, which I did. One month later, no replacement pair, just a chain of over 25 emails going back and forth apologising, thanking me 'for your patience' and telling me 'to reach out' and no indication they are actually reading the emails I have written explaining what has happened.
They say a replacement shipment has been prepared but no information / tracking to say that it has actually been sent.
The earrings I did order feel flimsy and cheap and don't match the description ... guess you get what you pay for.
Wish I'd read reviews before ordering. No genuine customer support to date in resolving the issue that was not of my doing. It's dragged on for over a month.
Totally false advertising
The whole online store is a scam. The photos are of real pieces, not what you get. The story is that it is a closing sale. You do receive something but they are cheap and nasty and I wouldn't wear them as costume jewellery. There is no gold, no silver, no pearls, not even glass beads. "Vintage" could be claimed for the design style. Handcrafting may allude to small children threading plastic beads onto cheap fittings.
