Good, super easy to prep food but a little expensive
I'm enjoying the meals, they taste more like a restaurant meal than a ready meal. As someone with a chronic illness, I appreciate how quick and easy they are to prepare, just boil the pasta and heat the sauce, takes around 5 minutes. The ordering process is easy to choose which weeks you like a delivery and which meals, I usually get one every 2 or 3 weeks. My only negative is the price, if it was cheaper, I would get it more often and give 5 stars.

The pasta itself was pretty good
The pasta itself was nice, but I had to cancel because of the terrible deliveries I had as a brand new customer. I realise that is down to the delivery partners, but overall it was a very negative experience for me. The customer service rep was helpful and responsive, but ultimately that wasn't enough to salvage my ongoing subscription

Really appreciate early delivery time. No hanging around waiting for delivery before we can have our meal. This was a major problem with another pasta company we have previously used.

Wrong order sent two weeks in a row. No apology or explanation when I emailed
I’ve now cancelled as their customer service is appalling. The true test of any retailer is not the quality of their product or service, but how they react when things don’t go right. In that regard, awful company. I appreciate they are “new” but they have a lot to learn about the customer experience.

I completely agree with your point that the real test of customer service is how a company responds when something goes wrong. Customer care is one of the most important pillars of Nonna Tonda for us, and when we make a mistake, we want to acknowledge it properly, understand what happened and do everything reasonably possible to put it right. From what you've described, we clearly haven't done that for you.
I'd really like to understand more about what happened, including how we responded when you initially contacted us, as this isn't how we want issues to be handled.
