I can't fault Norfolk Sheds, excellent communication and spot on with the delivery. I wanted to leave a review with some info on the build.
We bought the Maulden Log cabin 8x11 and I decided to build it myself with a couple of friends to save money. I am not particularly handy but can follow good instructions. This is NOT Norfolk Sheds fault, the cabin is built and delivered by a 3rd party. The instructions are not good. Poor pictures that do more to confuse than explain. Very odd phrasing in the written instructions and references that don't pair up to the pictures.
For the bits I really struggled to follow (The Window, the floor joists) I resorted to photographing the instructions and giving them to Claude AI which really helped and helped me confirm that 1 part referenced (on the window) was a typo! I spent an hour looking for that part.
All good though. I just have the roof and the floorboards to do but am confident I'll finish it this weekend. (It has taken me 1.5 days so far) It's very satisfying once you get past the initial confusion.

Excellent service throughout. The installers worked all day in the rain to build our new potting shed. Great local company and excellent service from ordering to delivery and installation.

Bought a Shire gazebo summerhouse. If i could give 3.5 out of 5, I would do.
Positives:
- Summerhouse is pretty well made for the price, with good quality wood panels
- Delivery was very quick
- Staff all really helpful and friendly.

Negatives:
- 1 part missing (it took over a week for this to be sent by royal mail)
- Wrong size glass was sent. When a redelivery was arranged, the driver didn’t turn up, despite the online tracking saying I was the “next delivery”. I had to chase this the next day, with it taking a further day to arrive.
- Clout nails for the felt roof aren’t long enough to hold the felt down if you’re putting the summerhouse in a breezy location.
- Window beading isn’t a great fit and had to be cut
- Window isn’t a great fit for the frame so I had to shave the windowsill.

Overall, these were minor irritations that prolonged the construction but none of them would make me suggest that you don’t purchase this summerhouse.

The young lads who delivered the shed were pleasant and helpful. They placed it where I requested, and did a good job.

What a good job looks like;
Ordered the shed I wanted. Agreed price for delivery and installation. Guys turned up on planned day and worked tirelessly to build the base and erect the shed. Guys did a fantastic job, were incredibly polite and friendly. They took real pride in their work and ensured all rubbish was cleaned up and removed. Top job. Fantastic price, one very happy customer.

Ordered a Goodwood gold ‘Beaulieu’ with extras for almost 3.5k. The delivery was delayed by two weeks due to damage caused on loading. Therefore the weather had turned by the time we received it.
We had it finally constructed by a master carpenter last week. To say I am disappointed with the quality is a slight understatement.
The panels do not line up correctly, the window latches have had to be re-fitted as the arms were bent out of shape due to being forced closed in the factory.
The wooden beading supplied is the cheapest rubbish wood and poorly jigged.
They state the doors have piano hinges, but they are just flimsy single hinges.
Very poor quality considering they say this the best quality in their summerhouse range.

I ordered some shed paint which arrived promptly and safely. It was very well packaged with a sticker saying to keep upright. I am very pleased with my purchase and the service.

Kept me informed at all points

We ordered Protek Royal Interior Finish - Clear - 5 Litres × 3. We were informed "we're getting your order ready to be delivered. We will notify you when a delivery date has been scheduled". What they did not inform us was that the varnish was not a stock item for them but they ordered it from the manufacturer who then delivered it to us. This meant the order took nearly a week to be delivered.

I ordered a small log cabin before Christmas I had no issues at all from start to finish,
So I ordered another one in April, it arrived on time, it was stored in my conservatory, part sprayed as the first cabin, I planned for 2 days when the weather was good, the ground was already prepped, then the problems started, the base and membrane when down fine, then to find I had 2 missing parts to start, I had to purchase and make these myself, 1/4 of the logs were cupped, If I hadn't sprayed part of the cabin I would of sent the cabin back, but they wouldn't except due to being painted, so I got on with it, had to break a lot of the tongue and groove off to fit the log beneath and then glue, It was horrendous, half the logs wouldn't go into the log layed before, finally on day 2 I finished all the sides, roof went on fine, flooring had lots of pine knots in the middle so snapped in half, but you knew they were going to break so not layed, then finally the door frame which I thought would be fine, unwrapped to find frame warped, this was thrown across grass, by this time I was fuming new wood purchased and fitted to door, days later I placed a complaint, that 1/4 logs were cupped and unable to lock in place, Answer=stored incorrectly, and in a hot conservatory, and part painted which draws moisture on opposite side causing cupping, my conservatory has a reflective room so doesn't get hot and it's April?? what about the logs that weren't sprayed ?? They were cupped missing parts Answer=nothing said, they fell of the lorry probably my fault again??, door frame warped, they said would replace, but couldn't wait new part purchased
Send loads of photos as proof, wanted partial refund company not interested in anyway basically your on your own, brought 2 cabins 7 Months apart 1st no issues, 2nd one horrendous please avoid, if you want a good quality cabin order from Robert Dyas

They made the size of shed I wanted, in the orientation I wanted, it was delivered exactly when predicted and the result is a very neat sturdy shed.
The wood is good quality, no dodgy bits, it all fitted together accurately as per instruction which by the way are very good. After pre treating the wood, it went up in a morning.
What not to like?, oh and good price too and its a UK made shed!

Straight forward order of shed paint - they had the colour I wanted.

If I could it would be a -1. Ordered shed and install 4 weeks ago to our holiday home which is 120 miles away. Took a few days off work and drove up here as was to be installed in the morning, only to be told at 4pm it cannot. Cannot even do it next day, but next week. Complete waste of time and money. I understand it is hot at 4pm but in the morning would of been fine when they were due to do it.

Good communication as to setting delivery slot. Came. Driver offloaded onto driveway neatly. Good quality shed. Paid for someone with more idea to put it together. They said instructions weren’t great. But managed in the end. Pleased with end result.

Delivery service was excellent, we had two bolts missing from the pack.
Also wish the lattice was just a bit thicker you could see daylight through some parts.
Other than that very pleased.

Ordered and delivered on time. Assembly was straight forward. The only issue with a door was quickly resolved.

Tremendous value 8x8 Corner Summer House. Well made with fast delivery and very reasonable installation charge.

Since getting it last week I have completely lined it with MDF and run an Electricity Supply from my house and it is like gaining an extra room. This was not something that needed to be done but, for the cost involved, it made sense as I now have a wind and watertight Summerhouse which should last for years. All my neighbours have commented on how nice it looks and are considering getting one for themselves as for the price, you cant go wrong.

The two workmen who fitted it were polite and friendly, levelling the base for me as our block paved yard is 20 years old so no longer as flat as it once was.

The only minor niggle is thevfixings to hold the doors closed are very flimsy but this was solved by spending £5 at Screwfix for a couple of sliding Bolts, but IMO you should charge £5 more and fit them as Standard.

Wouldn't use again. I ordered from Norfolk Sheds who then just ordered form another supplier... I could have done that myself and may have gotten better service. Churnet Valley are the supplier and I should have ordered direct from them.

Delivery was awful. Just left a heavy pallet on my driveway and the delivery guy refused to help.

Terrible service all round.
