Easy comuications delivered in time
Just lacks finishing trim from roof to sides to make a neat join i will have to purchase the required material

Don't buy from this company. I have a shed that isn't even 2 years old and has a bow in the roof where water is now collecting. There is also a uniform gap running the length of the roof which measures 10mm wide. It's almost if they took 2 halfs and didn't quite join them together. Also the doors don't fully close. They won't come and look at these issues as they want to charge me as I didn't weather proof the inside of the shed. If I had known what the build quality would be like I would have bought from a different company. Be warned!

Very pleased with the quality of our summer house. Have replaced the window catches for better ones but otherwise very good.
Great company to deal with. Excellent communication.

Communication after purchase and before delivery was first class. The guys who delivered our shed were friendly, funny and extremely helpful. They phoned almost an hour before arrival and arrived within a minute of the time quoted. I really appreciated that. Shed is not built yet but quality looks brilliant. Would definitely buy from Norfolk ShedS again.

Hi, the actual shed is a good one, however the instructions are not great, For someone who is a beginner these should have been better explained, and the bit where you have to drill at an angle in the corner, the 60mm screws were not long enough to go through. Hubby was getting a little frustrated at certain points trying to piece together the build alongside the instructions, and hes built a few sheds. At the moment its finally up as the weather has stopped us from getting it up before now, just the felting and windows to put in. There were some points that didnt marry up as per the pictures

Good sheds, great support.

Their sheds are well designed and built, and their staff are friendly and skilled. They have been back twice to shave a bit off the door because I need access during the winter and the door has expanded in the wet conditions... but they've been happy to come back and sort it out and I appreciate that in todays world of sell it and run... good honest company.

Trusting and professionalism

Thanks for a great service - quick delivery and install. Much appreciated!

Good service throughout. The office staff were great and answered all my questions. Delivery was done on the date albeit late in the day. The delivery men helped store the items under cover for me pending assembly.
Summer house is good quality with accurate parts and instructions.
My only comment is that the roof when assembled is very heavy and 2 of us only just managed to get it on top of the building by hand. Perhaps the warning could be stronger.
Delighted with the whole building.

Great service, communication and product

Highly recommended

Good communication arranging delivery and happy with product delivered.

Outstanding Service and Installation from Norfolk Sheds Limited
We recently purchased two Apex 6x4 Shetland sheds from Norfolk Sheds Limited, and the entire experience—from initial inquiry to final installation—was exceptional.
From the outset, the customer service was top-notch. Vadim, in particular, was incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. He guided us through the selection process with patience and clarity, ensuring we chose the right sheds for our needs. His communication was prompt and professional throughout, making the ordering process smooth and stress-free.
The installation was carried out by Uri, whose craftsmanship and attention to detail were truly impressive. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the site spotless. The sheds were assembled with precision and care, and the final result exceeded our expectations. Uri’s professionalism and skill made a real difference, and it’s clear he takes great pride in his work.
We’re absolutely delighted with our new sheds—they’re sturdy, well-built, and look fantastic. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Norfolk Sheds Limited to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding service.

Still in the process of painting with wood preservative, but what I've seen, looks good. I’m planning to start building the summer house next week.

I am extremely pleased with my summer house and the service that I received from Norfolk Sheds. Throughout the process, from my initial enquiry, all my questions were answered clearly and concisely, and there were never any follow-up sales calls or emails.

I paid extra to have the summer house installed and have no regrets about making that decisions. The 2 men who delivered and installed the summer house were very courteous and did an excellent job, much quicker than I was expecting.

Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Norfolk Sheds, and should I ever need a similar service again they will be the first place that I go to.

A lot of the wood wasn't stained

The door on our summerhouse was warped unfortunately we didn’t notice until it was totally erected so didn’t want to dismantle.
