Really quick delivery, delivery man was really pleasant and helpful. Summer house was delivered in 2 weeks. Looks really well made and very substantial. Hoping all is there for it but cannot comment on that yet as will be a couple of months before we are able to build it. Delivery driver said if anything missing just given them a call even in a couple of months as they are very understanding with things like that so fingers crossed

Excellent company

I am very happy with my arbour, which looks great in the garden. The delivery people were polite and friendly. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that we realised the finial is missing, which is maybe a bit petty...so consider it a 4.75 stars out of 5!

Very impressed with the service received from Norfolk Sheds. Kept informed regarding delivery, answered emails promptly.
Quality if shed good, went together well.
Replacement glass that was missing/damaged was sent out and received within a week.
All round good experience.

Good quality shed. Delivered quickly.
Would definitely use this company again.

I spent a lot of time doing research online to look for a potting shed to suit my needs. Some only have a single door, with a double door costing more. Some don’t have sufficient windows and no interior shelving. I picked this 10 x 8 Norfolk Potting Shed because it has everything I wanted, ie, double doors, 2 sets of windows, with the top set opening, and a really sturdy useful interior shelf. The shed is well constructed using softwood planned tongue and groove shiplap boarding. The floor and roof are constructed of the same material. The opening windows are a real bonus. I was exceptionally pleased with the price. I couldn’t find anything anywhere near this quality for the price. I paid extra to have the shed installed by Norfolk Sheds. Well worth the extra price. 2 lads put it up in no time at all. The whole procedure from buying online to final installation was excellent and hassle free. Fantastic service, I can’t praise Norfolk Sheds enough. Highly recommend. Amazing shed.

Good product. Friendly service. Delivered down a track to our back door with no complaints! Would recommend.

I absolutely love 😍 my new summer house. Communication was excellent on every level. The two gentlemen that installed the summerhouse were incredibly and I am so grateful to Norfolk Sheds. Thank you again to the whole team 😃

The shed is of very good quality and very robust. The ordering process was very straightforward and the shed itself was packed very well and delivered within a few days.

Poor quality cabin, very twisted, no communication so going via credit card company seeking full refund.

So far so good easy to order very quick delivery. Shed is still all packaged up awaiting erection the end of this week. Once this is doneI will be able to supply further details on quality etc.

The assembly service made all the difference. Shed was built in a couple of hours by the NS Team who did a great job. Polite and efficient, well worth the money.

Total chaos - money taken without putting the order through

It was an easy process to order the products I required, delivery was arranged and everything did arrive on time. Well done. It's nice that things happen how they should, like the old times. Thanks. JB

Overall a great experience with this company. We were kept informed about delivery and really pleased with the product.

Great communication, good quality product installed promptly by respectful and experienced staff. Highly recommended.

I was looking for a new shed /workshop when I came across Norfolk Sheds, and I'm so pleased that I did.
I chose my shed on their website, which was really easy to navigate with a straightforward ordering process, with customisable options available to allow me select a shed that met my needs.
After ordering I received email confirmation of my order and details of a delivery time of two weeks, which was perfect for me as this allowed me sufficient time to prepare the base.
Prior to the day of delivery I contacted Norfolk Sheds to ask if it would be possible to have either an early or late delivery as I had to be at work during the day. A delivery time of 08:00 was kindly arranged and the driver rang me 30 minutes before delivery. The delivery driver was very polite and respectful, and kindly placed all the parts where I requested.
The build quality of the shed is excellent, constructed from good quality timber and is supplied with easy to follow plans. The design of the parts allowed me and a friend to build the shed in about six hours with no issues and more importantly no missing parts!
I am delighted with the finished shed and am very happy to recommend Norfolk Sheds to anyone looking for a good quality shed/workshop.
