We recently employed Norwich conservatory roofs to install a Leka warm roof to our conservatory as well as installing a lantern window in our flat roof lounge extension. To say we are pleased with the outcome is an understatement.
Billy knows his stuff and after telling him what we wanted to achieve, he knew exactly what to deliver. We were given style options but he never overwhelmed us with technicalities. We had a slight delay on the start date which was mainly due to the wet weather but we cant fault Billy, Luke and Greg's work ethic. They arrived early each day, were tidy, efficient and took great care in keeping the inevitable dust and mess within the confined working area. Everything including building control was sorted by the team. The fact that we have asked for additional work to be done confirms our satisfaction. 🙌😊

I cannot believe the standard of the work I received from this company, it was superb. I keep looking at my new conservatory roof and my new door and just love them. The two lads worked so very hard and I have a very professional finish to the work. I have a proper roof at last.From the first contact with this company I have been so impressed with them. We were very glad we chose Norwich Conservatory Roofs to replace our polycarbonate roof with a new leka roof, WOW what a difference it has made. It looks fantastic, you can’t hear the rain anymore & the temperature is so much better day & night. The first contact with Courtney was very helpful and friendly answering any questions we had which continued throughout the process. Billy, Luke & Greg all worked very hard & were tidy & a nice friendly bunch to have around. We also got them to repair our porch roof which was in quite a state. We would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.

Absolutely over the moon with the work completed on my house. The team fitted a new roof, windows, doors and cladding, and the workmanship throughout has been outstanding.
They were punctual every day, worked incredibly hard and always kept everything as tidy as possible while the work was being carried out. Their professionalism and work ethic really stood out, and nothing was too much trouble.

I had a number of quotes, some higher and some lower for a conservatory warm roof but after speaking to Billy I had much more confidence and rosey feeling that I would get a quality product and installation. The whole process was first class from Coutney through to the installation team. They were excellent throughout, from the removal of the old roof, the installation and finally plastering of the new roof. I engaged Norwich Conseratory Roofs to replace my old mums leaky relic from the 90’s.
From start to finish Courtney was very helpful on the phone and email, and the guys doing the job were friendly, efficient and professional.
My mum is in her eighties with mobility problems so naturally she was worried about all the disruption but she said the boys were lovely and really looked after her.
The new roof looks great and the addition of new window sills inside make it look like a whole new conservatory.

So yes, I would definitely recommend NCR without hesitation.

Absolutely love our new conservatory roof, it has made such a difference to the whole of the downstairs of our home. We no longer have to keep it shut up in the cold and can use the conservatory as much as we want without being hindered by the weather. Billy, Courtney and the lads were all so lovely and friendly, wouldn't have wanted anyone else to do the job! Even better that they arrange for the plastering and electrics to be put in!

Having met with a number of conservatory companies in 2024 we decided to go ahead with Norwich Conservatory Roofs who replaced our polycarbonate roof with a tiled, insulated roof last week, from the start the were communicative and competitively priced. The weather was challenging last week but they persevered and finished yesterday, they also fitted a new back door which looks great, the team were fantastic, the roof looks great, Damien who did the plastering also did an amazing job of the ceiling.

Excellent service. We asked them to replace our old plastic roof with a tiled version.
When they came they; Bill, Greg and Luke did a great job as quickly and as efficiently as possible. The plasterer Damian, again was excellent. As was Andy the electrician. They all tidied up after themselves. Also thanks to Courtney who handled admin, who was always prompt and immediately sorted out any queries or worries.
We are very happy with the result.

Super happy! From the outset the options were made clear and no pressure to go for most expensive. Arrived on time and got the job done very quickly despite problems with original build which they remedied. I can't fault them. I don't even remember them taking a break and when it came to clearing up I had to ask them to leave it as they were going above and beyond. Hardworking and conscientious. Why can't all tradesmen be this good!

What a cracking team of friendly professionals. From day 1 we knew that we had made the right choice.
I can’t believe how quick they transformed a cold space into an insulated masterpiece. In the first day they not only removed the old roof but assembled the new frame and left the conservatory watertight. Sure they ran into a couple of head scratching moments due to the original construction, but they worked extra the first day to get everything in place. Even without the tiles and plastering the difference was staggering. After a week the whole conversion was completed. I’ve actively monitored the heating bill and on the coldest days the bill has been slashed by about half. So do these roofs work, absolutely. All of the crew that was on site was respectful, insightful and tidy, like incredibly tidy. Special shout out to Billy, engaging and a great sense of humour. I’ll post pics once the plaster is painted and the spots are in. It has totally transformed the room. Massive thanks to the whole team.

Most importantly was that they really took pride in the little details, Will cleaned the entire conservatory inside and out not an inch of dirt or dust left considering the amount of work that they done replacing the new windows and roof.
