Is trash, the got the free trial and the transcription is mid-ok but the UI/UX is utterly trash, their "AI" chat is just an ornament, it does nothing

I was charged 109 for a subscription which was not even on my account. Told I couldn't get a refund either. Notta was no help other then telling me to cancel the subscription. Don't use them they just want your money. I recommend kapwing if you need translation help, they are actually very helpful and their app doesnt glitch like notta does. I havent even been able to access their app for months due to it crashing everything I open it. Not pleased at all with the experience with Notta. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

it is crappy, it failed to produce summaries a lot of times, when it did produce summaries they came with different formats, some of them show time, some don't, some times the summary is just a copy of what spoke into the microphone, no summary, no work done.

Horrible. They robbed me. I had the trial and cancelled well within the trial period and they charged me nearly $100 and then did not respond to my support requests at all. Stay away.

I signed up for a free trial with Notta and was charged $97.99 USD without any warning or reminder when the trial ended. I did not receive any email or notification about the automatic charge, and I never agreed to continue with a paid plan.

Their customer service response was dismissive and refused to refund, even though I didn’t use the service beyond the trial. This is deceptive and unacceptable.

I strongly advise others to stay away from this platform. Their billing practice feels like a scam.

Alors, j'ai décidé de tester Notta.AI, qui propose généreusement un essai découverte de 120 minutes. J'ai enregistré une réunion d'1h30, pensant naïvement que je pourrais en profiter pleinement. Mais quelle ne fut pas ma surprise de découvrir, de retour au bureau, que seule une transcription de 5 minutes était disponible ! Le reste ? Flouté, bien sûr, à moins de souscrire à un abonnement payant. Bravo pour la transparence !

Et comme si cela ne suffisait pas, j'ai voulu contacter leur service client pour exprimer ma déception. Mais devinez quoi ? Impossible de trouver un numéro de téléphone sur leur site. C'est presque comme s'ils ne voulaient pas être dérangés par leurs utilisateurs mécontents.

Bref, une demi-journée perdue, un essai gratuit qui n'en est pas un, et une expérience client digne d'un mauvais feuilleton. Si vous cherchez une entreprise qui joue à cache-cache avec ses clients, Notta.AI est faite pour vous. Sinon, passez votre chemin, ça sent vraiment mauvais !

This company has terrible customer service. I did a 3-day free trial and they still charged my card after I cancelled within the timeline. I’ve reached out many times to resolve the issue and they have never responded. They are incredibly unprofessional and I would advise anybody to not work with them. Choose another more honorable company than this one.

I have been using the service successfully for a while, I'm a paying member. But the last couple of weeks, the service has become unusable. I can't do Youtube links because I get an error, I can't do Dropbox because I get an error. I have written to support multiple times without getting an answer. Seems like the owners have decided to run with the money and left a broken service behind them...

I signed up after a “free day of Pro Plan” offer, only to be charged £48.99 immediately — no trial, no warning. I contacted support over a month ago and never received a reply. Completely unacceptable. Avoid.

Says you’ve used up all your credits even tho it’s your first time trying the tool out. Than you’re lured in with the ‘sign up to get more credits’ pop up. As soon as you sign up you are asked for your credit card details. What a rip off company.

Was looking for a Online Transcription website, and found this website which talks about a Free Trial, like many other websites. So I signed up to see how it is, and during the signup, it required a Credit Card, like other websites, which I provided. They immediately charged the CC, which I didn't have an issue with, because I figured that if I cancelled it, they'll refund it. Well, after I used it to get a sample, I found the website and the process very cumbersome, and so after 2 hrs I cancelled the subscription. I waited 1 day, and didn't hear anything back about refund, I emailed the customer service, to request it. They said essentially there is no refund. Needless to say I was incredulous - because they advertised about the free trial. I reached out to my CC provider andreported the issue and my CC credited me back. I asked the Nota.AI customer service - how is it a Free Trial, if they don't give me the refund. Just today they replied that " After checking our records, we found that the account associated with XXX (my email) did not activate a free trial. Instead, it was directly upgraded to the Pro Plan through a paid subscription" This is a complete fraud, so I reported them to the FTC.gov

I signed up for the free 3 day trial. Their transcription service was SO BAD that i immediately decided to cancel the free trial. However, I discovered that I can't 🤣🤣🤣

This is not a business product. Their customer service takes 72 hours to respond to inquiries. If you buy additional seats, you wont be able to work in the same file because it constantly lags and disconects; defeats the whole point. It constantly disconnects and reconnects taking lots of minutes. Previosly saved settings reset and need to be added again.

They offer a free trial then when you cancel they charge your card anyway. Total scam and avoid

Notta is a scamming website that wasted my time by lying about the length of video it transcribes for free. The quality of transcription of the minisicule piece it did is absolutely pathetic!

this company is a scam , once they have your card details they continue to charge you even though you have cancelled , run beware !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
