Beware of this company you are hooked in to a plan without any control over cancellation. You then have no way of reaching Notta - there is no phone number and they do not respond to online messages or emails. Avoid - they are scammers.

i bought the pro plan. it said it allows translations. i had a session, the translations worked. but now if i want to add realtime translation it asks for more money. it was not clear at all when you do the free trial. i'd have easily paid more upfront, dont care, but the fact that they are using the dark patterns to fool people into buying into lower tier subscriptions only to force them to buy more is, frankly, disgusting.

Yeah...this site is a scam. Once you sign up for the trial there is no way to disable it. The main way they seem to make money is scamming people into the trial. Then their product does not actually work, but people cannot unsubscribe.

When you message their support they do not reply, then when you dispute the transaction with your credit card company they lie to the credit card company. It seems most of their effort is on disputing credit card transactions and winning the disputes.

Im impressed they were able to convince Capital One not to refund. But then I showed them all the scam reviews and successfully got my money back. Sad how many scammers are in this space right now.

Absolute scam. Signed up free trial, and they charged me £100 before it ended. Wrote to their team, one automated response so they will look into it. That was over 2 months ago

It is all a scam! Be careful! I used the free trial for a month and although I canceled my trial before its end date, they charged me each month!! When I realized I was being charged, I immediately deleted my account and tried contacting the support team (which probably does not exist at all) but I did not get a response since 3 weeks. They continue to charge me from my credit card although I deleted my account!!! I sent a lot of emails but no response!!!

Be Careful! Notta AI is offering a free trial on their website... but they ask you to give credit card information prior to using the free trial period. I used Notta.ai one day and delete my account as the solution was not useful for me. They charged me 189.90$ the day I started the free trial. Customer service or help center is not answering my request for a refund!

I don't recommend this AI transcription service. The summaries are terrible; you are better off writing them yourself. I was told I couldn't get a refund when I wrote to Notta that I wanted to cancel the subscription because the summaries were awful. I was told that I could not have a partial refund because " This policy is in place to ensure fair and consistent treatment for all of our valued customers." I'm not sure what my cancellation and partial refund have to do with other customers. I can see why Notta has a 1,5 rating on Trustpilot. There are many transcription services, definitely don't select this one.

SCam I disregarded the caution written here. Stay away from this crook company

The app functionality was amazing, and I would have loved to keep using it. They are especially good for in person and multi-language meeting transcription. Their support on the other hand was abysmal. I was double charged for a subscription which was probably a small technology error, and despite contacting their support team via email (the only method available) 6 times the company did not reply. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and still after all that Notta didn’t bother reaching out to apologize or try to make it right. While their product focus is bang on, their support is not yet ready to handle any volume of client needs.

Their scam marketing is terrible. As a business, we are trying out a few transcription products. We signed up for the free trial. Nowhere did it state that we would be locked out of the transcript and recording unless we paid. That is not a free trial. Now, we do not have access to the notes or the recording from an important meeting.

I had the same experience as everyone else in these reviews. They are thieves. After using the free version of the app for over a year I decided to finally try out the offered 3 day free trial but was immediately charged 83.99 euro for the yearly subscription. Customer service is unresponsive and possibly nonexistent. I've sent two complaints over three days and got no response. They don't care about customers but to steal your money!

I'm still waiting for my reimbursement of the auto renewal yearly subscription that was taken out of my bank account even though I contacted notta months earlier to cancel. I'm also worried that I may still get charged next year again.

J'ai souscrit un abonnement d'une année, suite à un offre promotionnelle (83,69€). Malheureusement l'outil n'est pas du tout à la hauteur de mes attentes. Les transcriptions en français et surtout les résumés ne sont pas cohérents. J'ai demandé le remboursement mais aucun retour du service client. Cela fait un mois et j'ai fait 2 relances. Je suis très déçue par cet outil et le service client inexistant.

The free trial version transcription was very accurate; after paying for a year's subscription, the transcription quality is unusable. Avoid this app it is a scam.

Apres le paiement, le profil reste en guest. J'ai demande un remboursement mais j'ai vu ensuite que le paiement est passe plusieurs fois et je ne peux en annuler qu'un. C'est de la grosse arnaque ! Je ne sais pas encore comment recuperer mon argent !

This company is a SCAM. I immediately unsubscribed after realizing I didn't need the service. I sent a request for refund in September. They responded to my request in February. My account shows I did not use any minutes of service, yet they said I used 283 minutes of the service, thus am ineligible for a refund. This is completely unacceptable.

Like most people said, I canceled and they still charged. when you write to their support they want you to login to make your request. I am afraid to do so, I don't want them to say oh he is using our system. What a scam.

As the most people before me already mentioned I also tried the free trial. Unfortunately before reading this reviews. My credit card got charged even tho I'va canceled the free trial. The credit card institution can't not do anything against it.... I wrote 5 Mails in the past 3 days and didn't get a reply on any of this Mails. I won't stop until I get my money back ! I am a student and need every cent, it is just horrible!
