I signed up for a free trial. The speech recording did not work. I contacted "support". None of the emails I received from "Support" were personalised to help me solve my specific problem, they were all standardised messages. I notified Notta I was cancelling the subscription within the free trial time period. Notta tried to charge my credit card for 97$. They finally sent very time-consuming + complicated instructions to cancel the subscription. They say to first "cancel the subscription" and then "delete the account", but their instructions to cancel oblige you to delete the account first. This app has been of no help and has wasted my time.

I strongly advise against this, customer service that does not respond to repeated requests for over a month. Impossible to obtain a simple invoice, to be avoided!

Scam! They took money from a trial and have not responded. I have reported to my bank for fraud!

I accidentally continued my subscription after the free trial and immediately requested a refund. Despite reaching out for several days, I’ve received no response, and I feel like I've lost over $100 due to this mistake.

On the way in to register I was advised I had 3 days to trial. I trialed and it failed to work correctly so I immediately (within 2 hours) advised them and tried to get off the platform. I was debited for 12 months. So I emailed - heard nothing. Emailed again and again. And you know even today I cant find a way to fully cancel on their site. They could debit again in 12 months.

Scammy billing practices are illegal. Under California law and that of several other states, a business must give notice prior to automatically renewing a subscription. I did not receive any notice and they charged me for a renewal. The company then ignores attempts to contact them through the app and email.

My app still doesn't work! For two weeks now. Stealing my money, costumer service never replyed.

Be careful! Don't give them your money. They betray.

This is a disappointing site.. I signed up with the discount for 1 year that was $84, charged to my account. They gave me no receipt of payment. They never reply to emails, customer service is shocking.

Purchased a year subscription. Program has many glitches, including failing to actually transcribe at times, which is it's primary function. Online support pages are worthless and I received zero replies when I reached out for help. They then inactivated my account prior to the end of the period I paid for, despite an email from them stating I would have until the end of the period. Just emailed them about this, let's see if the if they actually respond.

Before even start using the tool you are annoyed by the number of pop-ups. If you need to transcribe the audio, in free trial mode you can do only 3-min audio extract and then you can't download even this piece to check its quality.

This company autobilled me for a full subscription with no notification. I signed up for a trial version and found the service really clunky so I switched to another product I liked better. I contact Notta multiple times requesting a refund. No response. Most professional online products will send a notification of the impending change rather than just slamming customers. Notta gets zero points for transparency, professionalism and quality of product.

I've been charged £78.65 for a service that I haven't signed up for. SCAM. I have been emailing and haven't had a reply.

I'm also gutted to see so many bad reviews just after I was scammed on a trial period.
Did someone get their payment back? If not, I'd suggest filing a proper lawsuit against them,as the company is still up and running.

Stupidly didn't read these reviews before I signed up for a "free trial", let me be clear, as soon as you put in your bank details, they charge you, and there is no customer service email. IT IS A SCAM. $170 lost.

I can't even test the service because I'm busy swatting and ducking away from the forced unscrupulous pushes to enter my credit card, so they can get paid. Nasty bait-switch behavior! AVOID!

SCAM. Terrible company. Stay away from them. They advertise a free trial of three days, but charge you immediately. Then, you email them 20x and they do not get back to you. They are scammers. If they even reply here, gI'll et the same cookie-cutter reply 'thanks, we'll look into it'. They won't. Scammers.

Please don't use this service, there's no 3 days trial once you give the credit/debit card details they charge on the card. I have been trying to contact the support team but they don't reply.it's a one time scam.
