When i phoned through to Nova Ins Jack Fuller was very helpful and informative regarding purchasing a certain type of policy. He went through all the questions over the phone and gave me options which he emailed so i could take my time looking through them before making a decision. Thank you for your help.

Needed unoccupied property insurance. Went through website and Jordan Smith rang after quotes delivered. I hadn't had time to review all but he said no problem I'll call back in 20mins to give you a chance to review the quotes. 20 mins later he rang back. Service really efficient and very competitive prices. All covered and docs now received. Excellent service
