This is the worst experience I have ever had with Novo. Placed order and within few hours price dropped further which ultimately caused me $30 extra. There is no compensation. It seems ripping off customers with pricing. This turned out to be very untrustworthy for me. I don't think, i will do further shopping.

Beautiful shoes at great prices. Large selection. Service was decent, but not such that I can leave a raving request about it.

Very friendly girl at Elizabeth named Denae served us , so polite and really helpful with choosing the style of shoes and handbag to match !! She is a great asset to your company .

I purchased a handbag from the store in Mount Druitt three hours later with the receipt and everything intact I went to Parramatta to return it. They said that they do not do returns. I was not told this when I purchased the bag. No one said to me there was no refund. They wanna give me a store credit which I don’t buy from them. The worst customer service. Highly recommend you do not purchase from here.

Sales assistant Ayeny was absolutely amazing. The store did not have my size in a a particular colour of shoes I had selected and checking the database for the next closest store revealed the store was a fair distance from me. She kindly offered to have a pair sent directly to me to my home address. I was very thankful for her offer which meant I would not have to pay for postage if I had bought them online, which made me go ahead with the purchase, otherwise I would have left the store without purchasing! She was very patient and very helpful throughout my time in the store.

Low quality shoe base
The base of the shoes get broken only after 2-ｍonth walking

Not recommended. Shoes fall apart within months. Ordered online with explicit instructions to leave at post office. They told Aust post to leave the parcel unattended and of course it got stolen. Spent months denying it was their fault for overriding my delivery instructions. DO NOT TRUST!

Watergardens Novo was good helpful with suggestions. We had been to Highpoint few days earlier terrible customer service there waited 15 minutes wanting to try on a pair of shoes seemed like one girl was carrying the other. He was just in another planet came back later. Got the same response would not go back to Highpoint again.

The ladies at Novo Watergardens were friendly and super helpful.

Sadly my most recent experience at Nova Doncaster was very disappointing. Very long wait due to only one staff member minding the entire shop. Also this staff member had constant issues with the cash register and receipts printer. Not sure if it was her or the machine! In the end she couldn’t give me a printed receipt but promised to email one right away. Unfort I never received it or the points she said I would be getting from that purchase which would give me a future $10, reward. It was one of the worst in store experience I’ve ever had!

I had event coming up and wanted some shoes and bag to match, stumbled across the store in Shellharbour and had a look then went online and found what I thought would work and went to MacArthur square store. The young lady was amazing she was juggling three customers and was able to assist and get the shoes I was looking at with a pleasant smile and calm manner. Even had the time to look at the dress to make sure I had Chosen the correct colour, this is a big help for someone that is colour blind and not very confident with colours. Very polite and helpful, fantastic customer service.

The attendant was very helpful as I wasn’t sure of my foot size. She brought out size 5 & 6s for me to try & also a stocking for each foot. She was very polite & attentive.

Excellent service. I bought my 3 pairs of shoes and couldn’t go around carrying them and the shop sales person kept them for me until I was done with my shopping 2 hrs later and came back to pick them up on Wednesday in DFO Essendon branch.
