Excellent service. I bought my 3 pairs of shoes and couldn’t go around carrying them and the shop sales person kept them for me until I was done with my shopping 2 hrs later and came back to pick them up on Wednesday in DFO Essendon branch.

Penrith Nova staff were friendly, I haven’t bought shoes for quite a while. I am very happy with the sandals l have purchased and they were on sale which was a terrific buy.

Rachel and Jazz at Novo Newmarket absolutely deserve a five‑plus‑star shoutout. I’m a regular customer, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. I wanted to return these heels, but it seems there isn’t even a return option. These are by far the most uncomfortable heels I have ever bought. I wore them for only a short time and they were extremely painful.

This has been the worst shopping experience I’ve had. I’ve wasted my money on a product that is unwearable, and it’s very disappointing that there doesn’t seem to be any support or solution offered. I definitely won’t be purchasing from NOVO again, and I now know not to trust the quality of their shoes.

I was served by Shakina at the Queen Street Auckland CBD branch today. She was enthusiastic, and went to great lengths to assist me. She also offered her personal opinion which as welcome and helpful. She has a sunny disposition, is professional and friendly. It is obvious she love her job.

The staff were very lovely. Helped me with any queries I had. I love the shoe sizing of Novo shoes. I always find a 10 or 11 fits me well. Not too big not too small. I don’t shop anywhere else for shoes.

It was okay, staff were pleasant enough but there seemed to be a lot of then standing around chatting rather than serving people. My friend and I stood there for 5-10 minutes before one of the staff standing in a group realised we were waiting. We then were 'attended' by three different people: one retrieved the shoes in my size, no one checked if I liked any of my options or gathered the other pairs (my friend did this for them) another person took a pair for me to put aside and another took the ones I didn't want. The prices and quality of the shoes are decent though.

The staff member was so helpful. My item was sold out in store so suggested trying another colour on and ordered the item in on line for me so that it would arrive at my home within a few days.
