False advertising, inexperience staff
On the first call to register, the woman said that the first appointment with a nurse over the phone would only be in a week, but if I was approved, they would send the pills within five days. They give a four-hour timeframe to wait for the call. I took the day off work to wait for the call, as it's a private conversation that no one can hear. A new, inexperienced girl called me and asked a lot of questions, then told me that I would have to go to the clinic for a scan, and that they were super busy, the next appointment in another weeks. Ridiculous, false advertising. Why advertise that they'll send it by post and then make us wait endlessly? I don't recommend this clinic; find another one.
