I ordered baladi bread which is rare to find in the UK
I consider oasis market a hidden gem

Amazing service, very responsive and understanding and the items are really good. Arrived the next day.

I ordered 5 items from this place, 2 of them came damaged, and 1 of them didn't even arrive! I ordered filo pastry that came half opened, frozen kebbe that came COMPLETELY thawed, and a shanklesh that didn't show up at all. Disappointed is an understatement. I emailed them for a refund for the 3 items and as expected, no answer. Cannot recommend this shop less. Save your money.

After leaving the review on Friday 19th June. Oasis Market replied saying I should send them an email to resolve this the situation, which you should not do as they still have not replied to my emails from the 16th June (they are replying this to make them look better for their bad services) Oasis Market then called me and said the reason why I haven’t received my order is because DPD missed the collection - which I doubt is true as they need to ship the item to DPD to then be delivered to me. Oasis Market advised that I should have received my order by latest yesterday however, as per usual I checked the updated DPD Tracker and they have confirmed that it’s me that Oasis Market still hasn’t processed the shipping of my item.
After all this time they are still not replying on any platforms,not providing a refund nor sending the item

I ordered 24 packs of hummus amog other things . After protracted waiting it was delivered the packs all had 2 weeks remaining on their expiry date.
Contacted the company by email and WhatsApp and no response that do ever. Avoid

We ordered frozen vegetables, Bread and grocery on a Sunday during the bank holiday weekend and this was delivered in 3 days in good condition

They have nice variety of Egyptian products and they deliver to London in few days which is very convenient

Product exactly as described and arrived more quicker than expected.

I ordered Egyptian Baladi Bread as I found when in Egypt I could eat this bread although I am gluten intolerant. Very excited to see I could get it here in the UK. Oasis Market provided a very quick and efficient sevice and the bread is delicious!

They was a delay with the order but it was dealt with in a professional manner with an apology. Very happy with the product and will definitely be using them again.

2nd time was last week and I was amazed at how quick of service it was I received the bread in 2 days which was amazing putting in mind it was Eid week as well but the service didn’t disappoint
