I never received my order. Complete waste of money and I have had no contact from them either. I want my money back!! I emailed 21st May and again today. The email was returned to sender. You absolute scammers.

High quality and tasty products especially the Egyptian bread. Well done guys.

I received my order on time and the service was amazing I recommended it to everyone. I received everything I ordered nothing is missing. I will come buy a hundred per cent again.

I was a but weary buying from an unknown online store, but had to try their Egyptian bread so took a chance. Order arrived on time, very well packaged and the frozen bits were still frozen. I contacted them on WhatsApp to note one small item hadn't arrived and they replied within 10 mins to say it was out of stock and they've processed a refund already. 5 star overall, and I shall be coming for more.

What a waste of time and money. I've been waiting over 3 weeks for part of the order just to be given a fake tracking number (for someone else's delivery year ago) with a screenshot that looked nothing like from courier site. Not only that, the products advertised on their website are clearly from other sites just prices marked up, they're just resellers, no wonder they are always waiting for delivery. If you don't have the product, don't advertise it, don't take people money and hope for the best.

I have ordered and paid but the order was not delivered and they are not replying on WhatsApp and contact form is not working, mobile number on the application is not correct, so had to dispute the transaction with the bank

Honestly great service, I have ordered Egyptian bread, excellent quality and excellent delivery package, I never expected one day I will have the Egyptian bread here in England,

Communication from Customer service really well appreciated and super fast delivery even my delivery was after almost 5 days they contacted me and delivered it next day

Other products were of good quality aswell and the delivery arrived 2 days after the order.

This is a scam company
I have not received my order since three weeks ago.
Strongly advise people to be careful with this scam

طلبت اوردر و حصل مشاكل كلمتهم واتساب و بعد معاناه عملو ريفند للحاجات الناقصه وكمان كنت طالبه مش وجه مليان دوود. عملت اوردر تانى و بردو حاجه ناقصه. بعت كذا مسج و مردوش و الاوردر من شهر و لسه محاليش ريفند الحاجات الناقصه. سيرفيس وحشه و اهمال غير طبيعى. و مس مسمحامهم فى اى حاجه ناقصه واخدين فلوسها

Placed an order to be delivered on Tuesday, 28th of April with value £81. It never came and i sent them 3 emails on the support email they provide and tried calling them with no response. I am proceeding with the legal path.

I used their service 3 times , for 3 large orders and never was disappointed, the packing is amazing , specially the Egyptian Baladi bread , arrived well packed and frozen , as they put plenty of ice packs inside , I red many negative reviews here but I never had any issue with this service , when you make an order it won’t be delivered 2nd , but within maximum 7 days you will receive your order , give time to the supplier before you leave your negative review , they are amazing wonderful supplier , i agree something is wrong with the customer service email , but there what’s app number is working and they do respond via the what’s app .
I will use them again and I do recommend them .

Delivery came packaged well. The baladi bread is really nice and would definitely recommend purchasing from this shop. Lovely customer service.

I placed an order but only received two items, and the rest of my order has not arrived.

I have tried contacting the company several times via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram, but have had no response at all. The lack of communication is very disappointing and unprofessional.

I would not recommend ordering from them.

They have some problem but still take money but not send anything. I send message, call and also WhatsApp but no answer. I check their company on Companies House and see they have debt. If you order something from them and no delivery yet, you should do chargeback now. I think soon they will go into administration.

See their reply - we have sent all details to them, they lie and don't reply. Scam company.
Also all new positive reviews are from accounts with very little review. Maybe fake reviews. Don't trust them

First small order received promptly.
Made a second large order and still yet to receive the delivery.
Tried emailing, WhatsApp, calling and there is no way to speak to anyone.
Still have not received my goods. Have escalated this with the bank and noticed that this 2nd payment made was to a different account from my first order.
Avoid at all costs.

I will be reporting this company for fraud and scamming with trading standards, did not receive order, do not respond to messages or answer phone calls. Do not use them!!!
