As a returning customer Octopus' Customer Service was very responsive, my service was turned on in my new apartment on the date requested. My previous experience with them was the same; very responsive and timely!

My bill doesn’t be high at all it’s reasonable I also like the fact of my discounts I get and let’s not forget they didn’t charge me a deposit for my lights I’m all around satisfied with my service and I’m going to forever be a costumer and I’ll also recommend thanks Octopus Energy

Service is great and customer service is prompt. When I called about what appeared to be a few cents discrepancy both plus and minus the representative didn't have an answer but suggested waiting until the next month bill to see if the calculations matched my expectations on the REP and Centerpoint charges since the Centerpoint had a rate change mid-way through my first month bill.

Very good customer service transition went very well. No issues. Power supply is also great not too much fluctuation.

My initial experiences with this company were very positive. Maybe even 5 star. Recent experiences have not measured up. Incorrect billings, missed discounts, and changes to payment fees have been numerous and constant. No idea what's next but you can count on more change and in their favor. Will be leaving when my contract is up.
