I like the height but does adjust

I like the height, and the foot rest, the wheels work great and the tilt feature is nice. However the height adjustment doesn't conistently work. I also didn't appreciate how much we had to put together and the seat is very hard.

Good morning Sharleen and thank you for dropping by! The HAG Puls chair does sit on the firmer side as compared to it's big brother the Capisco. If this remains to be an issue happy to work with you on a return and a possible upgrade?

In regards to the pneumatic piston sticking we do occasionally find that new gas pistons, right out of the box, can hang up slightly until they break in a bit. If your seat height adjustment remains to be an issue please call us so that we can discuss best steps to take. Most likely if you work it up and down a bunch of times and literally exercise it, the piston should adapt and perform as designed.

Amazing Service

These guys are great. Ordered a Novo WFH high back chair (which I have loved and got rid of my lower back pain). It had a small issue with it after a few months, and messaged them about it, and they had a new part shipped within two days. Amazing service, definitely recommended 100%.

Not waiting anymore, just disappointed

I originally placed my order on September 23. I received notice that my item was back ordered on October 6 and was offered a reasonable solution after I called in. That must not have worked out. On October 14 I called to find out where we were on getting the chair I ordered. The rep on the phone could not figure out what had happened and recommended to order a different chair that was in stock. I agreed and we ordered that day. I still have no chair, but my credit card was billed in full on September 23. I was notified that the chair shipped out on Tuesday October 25. That was 11 days after I was told that I would have a chair in 5 to 7 days. My chair arrived today damaged. Best to look somewhere else if you want true service.

Highly Recommend!!

My sales guy Tyler made my purchase very easy. We have ordered several desk and each time he has never let us down. Also our items arrive in a very timely manner. Packaging is also on point. I have never had shipping damage. Will buy again when in need.

I haven't been able to put the chair…

I haven't been able to put the chair together as I had no instructions, and got instructions for a different chair than mine. My chair is a desk chair with a lift bar. I think its height is 21 inches. It's not like a drafting chair which is high off the floor.

Generally pleased with the chair, especially quick delivery

I was pleased with how quick delivery was and I am generally pleased with the chair (after sitting in a chair designed for a full-size male for far too many years). The chair is not quite as adjustable as I expected: for example, the chair back does not lower quite enough for the lumbar support to be in the right place for me (I am 5'1"). I would also have liked a chair back that was taller (or extended higher) to provide some neck support, but obviously raising the seat back height to where it would give my neck support just worsens the lumbar support issue described above.

The chair received fits the stature of…

The chair received fits the stature of a short person which is what I needed. I also like that it is closer to the floor as my feet don’t always touch the floor in other office chairs. My only negative comment would be that the chairs squeaks with movement.

The furniture is heavy duty and the…

The furniture is heavy duty and the material is excellent. However, pay to have the furniture assembled. It was delivered to us and we assembled it but there were some issues with some of the bolts not reaching through far enough when assembling the sides of the chairs. Had to go to the hardware store and purchase longer ones in order to get them assembled properly. However, the furniture is very good quality and sturdy.

My chair was not what I expected

My chair was not what I expected. I wanted to return it but, was not allowed to.
I did not see or was not advised that it was not returnable when I ordered it.
If I was told that I couldn’t retort a $500.00 chair I would have chosen another company

Hi Kenneth. This was a custom chair by Lesro. Nobody in the vertical allows for returns on this brand of product. We do refer to this brand of chair not being returnable in our Returns and Terms & Conditions in the footer area of our website. We can understand how that can be overlooked. Very sorry about this policy but if we did take products like this back, they would linger in our returns area indefinitely. We do accept back the vast majority of seating but this is the one rare exception (reception seating).

Still waiting for chair a month later

I ordered a chair on 9/2, it is now 10/3 and I'm still waiting for my chair. No signature was required on delivery, which is poor form for an expensive product. Not sure what happened with FedEx but it was never received. Customer service has been pleasant; however, pretty slow and hard to track orders.

Hi Mary. We were all aware that FedEx badly fumbled here and lost you Capisco chair and did our best to better the situation as it unfolded. We still don't know what took place. It could have been stolen or delivered to the wrong location. Not that unusual with both FedEx and UPS. Too many goods and too little capacity.

We need to apologize on their behalf for there was a delay while they 'tried' to locate the chair. While this was going on we arranged to get you a new Capisco. The replacement was shipped out Friday September 30th from the California factory. You should see your new HAG share within just a few days.

Thanks so much for your patience. While not an ideal situation to say the least thank you again for sharing this experience. Most importantly though when you get your new Capisco can you update this review and tell us what you think of the chair?? It's our number one seller by far so we are hoping that you like it.

Love my chairs

Love, love, love my chairs. They are simply beautiful. Fabric has such a good feel and the color is so rich, I am very pleased. Priced reasonably also.

Needs Better Assembly Instructions!!!

The chair itself is great, but customer service leaves something to be desired. The chair - at $253 - came with NO directions on how to put it together, rather than an incomplete picture card on it. I called customer service, they told me to look online, the directions on their website were NO better. Assembling the back of the chair was EXTREMELY confusing with no instructions. It finally took 3 intelligent adults to figure it out. For the price- this experience was less than pleasant. I expect better for a pricey chair!

Missing hardware

We ordered benches and when they arrived, they were exactly what we wanted. However, they did not provide all of the hardware we needed to put them together. One of the benches was missing ALL of the screws and other hardware.
