These are difficult times but after you reach a certain age you deserve nice things. Tyler Hookanson is an asset to the company, answered all questions and exemplifies manners, courtesy, and articulation .
I purchased a Hag Capsico and after I sat in it I felt
like I was more like floating than sitting . I felt guilty as my wife needed a new chair and I ordered one for her. I am not made out of dough, but like I said we are worth it. Office Chairs USA is beyond awesome .

We have a client that just went through a fire at their location and Office Chairs USA understood our need for a quick turn-around and accommodated us perfectly.
Good quality chair but received with chipped paint due to poor packaging
I ordered a capsico chair with custom fabric. Everything is nice except for the packaging. The chair came with everything stuff in a square box without an filling materials (cardboard spacer, styrofoam, airbags etc.) So bottom line is that we received the chair with a lot of chipped pain on the base. It doesn't affect the usage but just an eyesore, especially when you know you've paid more than 1K for it...

The only reason it has a one Star. The only reason this company only has one star is that it was the lowest I could give. I ordered one chair. It looks almost a month for me to receive the chair. I emailed several times asking for status updates and my emails were never returned.

Great Chair
I have purchased the PA53 Petite Tasker chair several times now. It is a wonderful chair and I would recommend this chair to everyone with a smaller frame. This chairs comes with the option of adding arms and can be adjusted ergonomically.
The price has increased considerably however since I first purchased this chair in May 2021.
Satisfied Customer
Chair was as expected and arrived on time. Reason for 4 stars was the box it was shipped in. The box looked like it had been through a grinder and rolled down a flight of stairs. This in turn, forced us to examine the chair to ensure it was not damaged during shipping.
