I work for a nonprofit organization and wanted to ask a few questions before I ordered 10 nesting tables so I called. Shawn took my call and was absolutely awesome! I recently ordered several conference tables from OfficeFurniture2Go, and unfortunately, they arrived with a manufacturer's defect. However, the customer service I received was outstanding. Truly a small miracle
Truly a small miracle, I ordered furniture for my dental office and needed it ASAP. Shawn helped me tremendously. He was professional and was easy to contact if I had any questions or concerns. Shawn was able to make it anll happen. He made sure I received my shipment on time. I don’t know of anyone else that could have pulled this off. I am so glad I ordered through this company.
