My order was lost in shipment and the customer service of OfficeFurniture2go was amazing. Within days my order showed up. They actually shipped another desk. And they followed up by phone and emails, like I was their only customer.

I love that they take ownership and pride in their commitments! We recently needed to replace a part on a few office chairs that were no longer available or had been discontinued. Their customer service is one of the best I've experienced. They followed through with my inquiry promptly and had the parts delivered to my office without a hassle.

We ordered an L shaped desk with 2 hanging pedestal hanging file cabinets. Customer service has been excellent. You don't find good customer service everywhere, but OfficeFurniture2go.com went above and beyond. We were very pleased with the care we received and the resolution that was made.

Five-star review for this excellent company, the guys were so professional and helpful and got our new office space- ship shaped in a few hours, the guys even moved our old furniture and built the new office desks. This is a great company to work with especially sales man Ed Mallonen. I love the desk that I received and could not ask for a better experience.

Several items were damaged or missing parts.
The customer care team said they would send replacement parts but they did not offer to expedite delivery overnight. Also, now because of the OfficeFurniture2Go's mistake, I am having to incur additional installation charges for someone to return a second time.

Ed was great! Friendly, courteous and answered each of the questions I had. He helped me to make the correct choice for our business - what I had chosen myself wasn't the best option - so he helped me make a better one! He educated me and guided me through the process so nicely. You have a high caliber associate on your team, he was awesome!

I told him what I needed, he understood immediately, and guided me to create the PERFECT desk for my space and my needs. He was so kind and helpful. My desk arrived very quickly.
