Liam has responded very quickly to all of my enquiries. His responses were good and got things working me.

I only signed up late yesterday and by first thing this morning I’d already had one‑to‑one communication, my router arranged, ordered, and booked for next‑day delivery. Every detail I needed was sent over without me having to chase anything.

It’s rare to feel treated like a long‑standing customer before you’re even connected, but Olilo have nailed it, efficient, personable, and genuinely refreshing. Really looking forward to getting set up.

Can't believe how easy it was to swap over and all done in two days the internet is rock solid and speed are far better that my old supplier.

Honestly, switching to Olilo has been a complete breath of fresh air. The broadband itself is absolutely solid, but the customer service has been a total eye-opener for me. You get so used to standard providers taking days to reply, but seeing a response within a few minutes (or sometimes even seconds) is still mental to me.

A big shoutout to Aydan especially!! He's been incredibly helpful, super quick to reply, and just a genuinely nice guy to deal with. It’s so rare to find a provider that actually treats you like a human and gets back to you in minutes. Honestly an amazing experience all round, I seriously couldn't rate the team here any higher (and I'm definitely looking forward to upgrading to that 1.6Gbps as soon as it becomes available)!

Olilo is just perfect for my needs.
Support is the best I have ever seen.
Opened a ticket and got a real response in 2 mins.
No robotic responses, they’re straight to the point and can have a decent conversation in between the issues.

I've been using Olilo for a site since SEP 2025 and have had zero issues since. The swap from the old provider was seamless and the service and support has been fantastic.

There was a slight issue with the original install but this was down to City Fiber and not the Olilo team.

With this positive experience I've now ordered Olilo consumer for my home address.

Highly recommend and love they offer two versions of their service to fit your needs (Consumer.olilo / Olilo).

I came across Olilo when I had decided I wanted to move away from Virgin Media HFC to Openreach FTTP. I joined the Discord community in advanced whilst I was considering other ISPs. They are a friendly tech focused bunch who you can have a laugh with. The staff are friendly, responsive and more than happy to answer any questions you have. I ordered my new service to run aside my Virgin line until it expires so I didn’t use the OTS in this case. The install was completed within 2 weeks of ordering and the OR engineer installed my ONT to a place of my choosing where I had pre drilled the hole for them. So far the service has been stable and I’ve been able to finally learn about and use IPV6. Having a static ip included on the prosumer plans is great for self hosting and I’ve also got an extra IP for just £1 a month which is very reasonable. If you’re looking for your next ISP or one that cares, Olilo is worth a try!

As a homelabber running web hosting and apps, I require a stable connection, low latency, and a proper static IP (no CGNAT issues). Olilo delivers on all fronts and provides exactly what tech enthusiasts need.

The customer service is top-notch. Staff like Aydan and Liam are friendly, highly knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to queries, even discussing technical details like /29 addresses and reverse proxies. They even offered to help to look for a VPS provider. The migration process via OneTouch Switch was also handled smoothly.

If you are looking for reliable, high-speed internet without the usual ISP hassle, I highly recommend Olilo. The 30-day rolling contract option is a great touch for peace of mind, too.

Recently moved to Olilo after being let down by our old ISP during a house move. After 6 weeks of chasing them and Openreach (address issue with a new build ONT), I stumbled on Olilo from a Reddit thread. Where our old ISP was saying the new connection would take a further 21 days to activate (due to Openreach), Olilo were able to get us live within 3 days!

Their customer service and support so far has been fantastic – we're so relieved that we found Olilo!

Order placed easily, installed today and no issues. ONT placed where required.

All communication is timely and clear.

I recently signed up to Olilo.
The whole process was very, very simple with no issues what so ever. All went very smooth and everything happened exactly as expected and when they said it would. So far I cannot fault Olilo at all. Very friendly and helpful bunch of people. And they answered my Discord questions and tickets really quickly, sometimes within minutes, even at weekends and in the evenings. FTTP performance seems spot on with no speed or connection problems. I would highly recommend them. No regrets so far. 100% happy.

Absolutely 100% recommend. After been left in limbo by 2 separate Internet providers, left with no internet connection for over 4 days, and also without any communication from either company (Octaplus & The One Broadband) Olilo were there and not only got me back online they've also saved me money on my contract. Seeing Olilo's website on the Openreach FTTP Supplier list, I was intrigued... and I'm glad to say it was the best decision I ever made. Just wow! My experience with Olilo is/was absolutely fantastic; from the first email, to my Openreach FTTP service going live, and afterwards too!

Olilo is the pinnacle of the ISP market. Both Liam and Aydan are fantastic gents and their customer service is second to none.

And for the many technical readers -- the routing is fantastic, and the latency across multiple sites in the UK is really solid, as are all the staff behind it. 100% recommended.

I can't fault a single thing. Thank you for completely smashing my expectations Olilo. I don't know any ISP that can top this. What a fantastic breath of fresh air!

Very straight forward ordering process.

Emailed their customer support with technical queries and got solid answers.

Openreach pushed back the install by 2 weeks but thats not Olilo's fault, installation was very straight forward on the day and PPPoE details provided the day before to configure my own router.

Ideal for people who are IT or tech enthusiasts.

The USP was simple. The best, the fastest, the most transparent with impeccable support, infrastructure and a community second to none.
And they nailed everything.
Yes the price is abit more than legacy ISP’s. But you get personalised service. No CGNAT. Static IP. Sub 10ms ping 247, Support by seasoned IT nerds.
There is no single other ISP comparable.

From ordering to activation to support, a rare and truly 5 star fabulous, friendly service all round. Speeds were exactly as described and performance was rock solid 24/7, everything you would expect from a techie orientated ISP!

Can’t recommend them enough, special shoutout to Aydan, James and all the team who work tirelessly to ensure you receive a positive customer service experience.

Support was good, but my overall experience with what I was getting was lacking. I moved on.

If you're in the north I'd probably look somewhere that serves you more locally.

This is not your typical ISP, they're different from the mainstream ISP's, everything is in-house, there's no outsourcing of their customer services like they do with the big ISP's.

contacting them is simple, this can be achieved by either e-mail, online support tickets or even on Discord.

I joined Olilo in November 2025, mainly because of their dedication to homelabbers, geeks and those that, own their own equipment. Specifically their BYO router, No CGNAT, static IP address, and that they work with CityFibre.

I only have their Version 0.9 and someday hope to update it to V1.2 or to their V2.3.

I cannot recommend these enough, if you'e a homelabber, gamer or a geek who loves to tinker, these are the go to ISP.

Excellent ISP. Setup was quick an easy, the community is great to talk with and the connection has been rock solid.

Almost flawless service since the get-go. Even during the founder's era, when we were all warned it might be bad, it wasn't. I'm not in a contract but I'm staying anyways. Thank you.
