This is my second time ordering from Olivia Jewelry and it all came fast and on time. First order was 2x ring. Today I received my second order "mother and daughter infinity heart necklaces" 2pieces, one for me and one for my daughter. It is very beautiful gold vermeil. I ordered it Dec 31, 2023 and received it today Jan 10 2024. Very satisfied with Olivia Jewelry. I am no scammer just a satisfied customer. Both orders came from Australia.

Bought a bracelet from this company which is tiny and one size certainly does NOT fit all as stated on the website. My wrist and my daughters wrist are extremely narrow/ thin and the bracelet would not fit.
It looks like a childs and I feel it has been mis-sold due to the size. I requested a refund and have been informed that I need to pay the shipping to Australia despite saying refund available. I live in the UK and this is very costly particularly as the bracelet certainly would not fit any person as stated.
Do not buy any product from this company or brace yourself for a nightmare returns process.
I have been told that they regret they will not pay the return cost with no explanation which is appalling considering the website is misleading the consumer.
How do they sleep at night robbing people blind.

I ordered a fidget ring for my daughter for Christmas and figured it was ok I could always return if she didn't want it. She didn't really like it and it was way too big as well (says "one size fits all" but not that is not true as it didn't even fit me).

The package it arrived in had a return address in the US but when I asked to initiate a return for refund they said it had to be returned to a mailing address in Australia!! Oh they said that in order to even process the process for a return/refund that they needed a tracking number---so regular mail would have cost me $11 but to return with a tracking number was $47.87!!!

The price of shipping is even MORE than the price of what I paid for the ring! Buyer Beware! They obviously do this so that no one will actually pay to send it back as the refund will most likely be the same/less than what has to be paid for mailing it back. Ridiculous!! STAY AWAY!!!! Buy elsewhere!

Save your money and aggravation. I purchased 2 bracelets in November that they couldn't manage to ship here in time for Christmas. Lots of going around with customer service. Refused my refund request. They eventually showed up the day before New Years. Well, if they could be smaller and if the writing on the bracelet were smaller I would need a microscope to read it. How is an empowering message useful to the gift recipient if it is in 1 point font? The bracelet itself is low quality as well.

Look elsewhere.

This company is scandalous, first I ordered a bracelet for my GROWN daughter as advertised , I realize it isn't of any real value it's basically plastic however even at that the bracelet arrived the size of a toddler. The package it arrived in had a return address of the Bronx, when Initiated a return they ask le to return it to Australia. The price of shipping would be the price of the bracelet. So that pretty much guarantees that you won't return and they keep the money. It's really scandalous. Buyer Beware!

Total disaster - bought the ring and saved for when my daughter took a standardized test. IT BROKE IN THE TEST! And she spent time during the test cleaning it up. WHAT A DISASTER - they said it was out of the return window even though clearly a manufacturing defect. TOTAL GARBAGE and horrible customer service. Never buying from them again.

I have emailed numerous times to see who the delivery company is that they use so I could urgently follow up but I have had no response from Olivia Jewellery .. very poor customer service STAY AWAY DO NOT ORDER !!!!! The mother daughter bracelet only fits small children, not teenagers or young adults. The commercial is misleading and lots of positive reviews about it are fake.

Such a scam. I ordered 2 bracelets at the start of November and it took three weeks and an email for them to actually ship (which I’m sure they only did because I requested my money back). It is now Christmas time and I am yet to receive my order. So disappointed in myself for getting scammed. I have requested my money back again this morning. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT order from this company.

I'm so surprised to see these terrible reviews. I ordered the mother and daughter linked together necklaces for my daughter and I and I have to say that they are beautiful. They each came in a very pretty box that you slide open. The necklace is in a little pouch. I received my order very quickly also.
The quality of the jewelry is very nice.
I hope others have a good experience

Poor quality. The “gold” looks really costumey. I ordered three necklaces and all three came jumbled and knots that I haven’t been able to get out yet. I would not recommend this jewelry.

The item , a bracelet was absolute rubbish, wouldn't fit a baby never mind an adult am trying to sort a refund but no joy and am certainly not sending it back to South Australia would cost more than it is worth they are not answering my emails now and still no refund

The most horrendous company - it has been 3 weeks and still no notification on when my order will be dispatched. When I contacted their customer service team by email (since they have no number) they refuse to follow up on my order and have now blocked me from emailing them. Absolute scammers and disgusting human beings - they just steal your money and give you no product. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Just received a breast cancer ring with the ribbon. It is the cheapest and gaudy ring and for right at $50.00. Having just received cancer diagnosis my husband wanted to give me something special and it’s ugly!!!!
