O and G pretend to sell goods from Australia but in reality you are ordering very cheap and nasty goods from china.
Its a terrible Scam, buyer be aware. Paid online for two items, only received one, it took a long time to arrive from China, it was cheap and nasty. The other more expensive item was never sent, I tried to get money reimbursed from PayPal but the seller said they had sent both in one package, absolute lies. DO NOY BUY FROM OLIVIA AND GRACE, BIG SCAMMERS.

SCAM! I hovered over a product just to see how much a certain length bracelet would cost with an advertised discount added. I NEVER entered ANY of my credit card numbers and yet, Olivia Jewelry charged my credit card TWO times! What a nightmare to get that all straightened out! Do NOT order from this company and also be careful just looking over their website!!

Customers be aware that Olivia Sophia only give you ten minutes to cancel an order but take over ten days in my case to deliver the item? When l mentioned that I had ordered the wrong size earrings all I was offered was 15 per cent off any further purchases? Why would l order anything else from a company that only care about selling and not customer satisfaction? I now realise why you are ceasing to sell?

Received 2 bracelets one of which was for a present. Nothing like the picture. Poor quality. Asked for a refund but to get this you have to pay to send it abroad they don’t have anywhere here. Big mistake ordering from them won’t do it again. They can send anything knowing it’s too expensive to return.

If I could give this company no stars, I would. Bought the bracelet as a gift for a friend who I knew it would mean a lot to. It was like something you would give a kid to play with from a Christmas cracker. The beads are threaded onto a piece of nylon string. I would be embarrassed to give this to anyone. I’ve written tk the company but don’t expect tj hear anything after reading these reviews. I’m just sorry I didn’t read the reviews before buying it, steer clear. CHEAP TAT.

Absolutely rubbish. After 3 weeks and an order confirmation the bracelet is ordered is now out of stock. Refused to give refund and state they only give alternatives. This company is a scam. Wouldn't provide address. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The first pair of earrings weren't great but looked ok when worn. Stupidly l ordered 2 more pairs, they are just TAT !!! They are plastic rubbish and have thrown the in the bin where they belong. Stupidly l should have read the reviews first. I can't believe they can advertise a certain quality when it is clearly fraudulent.

I ordered a bracelet for a friend birthday on the 25th of November and it is 1st of February and it still hasn't been delivered.
They are scam and I don't think they have any intention from deliver the item. Please don't order from them. I lost 40£ which is upsetting. And the saddest thing is that my friend never got her present. They have also lied about the delivery twice. I have also read in their reviews that the products quality is poor. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Horrible! They wouldn’t accept a return or exchange although the return policy says they would! Wouldn’t return my emails, I had to dm them on instagram to even get a response!!! Now I’m left with a unusable ring due to it being too big… horrible

I ordered what looked like a beautiful necklet for my grand daughter's birthday and paid around A$55 for it. When it eventually arrived, FROM CHINA, it was like something I could buy from a $2 shop. Do not be taken in by this company.

Can’t give no stars!!! Absolute junk. Despite having a 30 day money back guarantee - I had no idea it was from china and it is crao. It is not gold and looks like something out of a lucky dip.
They have “offered” 25% refund!!! Plus I pay postage.

Bought three item didn’t get one and the other two are wrong and won’t let me return to get refunded about twenty emails and want to give me twenty percent discount and they never even sent one item trying to go through PayPal at moment

They are selling cheap nasty rubbish , not what is advertised. Ordered 7th Dec delivered wrong item after christmas. Customer service is awful . Avoid

This is a fraudulent enterprise. They claim my purchase was undeliverable. Rubbish. Not true. American Express is conducting my dispute claim. Do not buy from these people.

Terrible company! Don’t waste your money. This product broke in three days after wearing it. It’s cheap looking and is not worth the money and I’m trying to get a refund from the company and they will not refund me or send me a return label and they want me to ship back to Australia from the US do not waste your time with this any any product from this company.

Sent me the wrong product I ordered and will not make it right. I ordered 2 bracelets. What I got looks like baby bracelets. These were Christmas gifts. I will never shop here again. Beware if you did not get what you ordered she will not do anything about it. Also I am still waiting on a necklace.

I really wish I’d checked out the reviews on this company before purchasing. All their pre-sale advertising and their website makes it look like a professional business selling quality jewellery items and sadly I was sucked in. I ordered one of the personalised bracelets. It took almost a month to arrive and the bracelet is such poor quality - it actually looks like something you would get out of a Christmas cracker! The bracelet is elasticated, it’s so big and there’s no way of adjusting it! It looks and feels like it’s made from plastic. It was bought as a gift but there’s no way I’d give this as a present to anyone! This company needs reporting as it’s a scam and ripping people off!
