Bought the mother-daughter ring for my daughter's bday. What should have been a week for delivery, unfortunately took over 2 months for it to finally arrive. Now, 2 months later, one of the stones has fallen. Reached out to the company and despite all these issues, they will not replace as it's over the "30 days". Not looking for a refund. Just a replacement for faulty workmanship. Policy states that the pride themselves on exceptional quality/workmanship and customer service. Unfortunate!!

So I ordered from this company took forever to get here, when I got my bracelet it had a card inside that stated it was sterling silver & one of my grandchilds birth stone was the wrong color, and I don't know how to return it, because I can't get in touch with any of the people on the website there is no phone number what do I do?

I ordered 2 Mother & Daughter Linked Together Hoop necklace on the 16/05 and they arrived right on my daughter's birthday on the 29/05. After I ordered, I read some reviews saying this shop was a scam and got really stressed I wouldn't get anything. I'm in Australia and according to the tracking number they sent me, my order came from the UK.
The necklaces are cute, but I'm not sure about the quality yet. The hoops look alright, but the chain looks a bit cheap. I hope they don't get green!

The company has poor quality products. I bought three rings and a stone fell off from each of them within days. Only wore them once, and this happened. I can understand one mishap but ALL three so quickly. I reached out to customer service and the first time, I got a quick response- however after I sent pictures as they requested, it took 2-3 days to receive a response. On top of that, even with the proof I sent, they offered 20% refund. If I want a full refund I have to pay for the return shipping to Australia.
I only gave 1 star because otherwise I wouldn’t be able to submit the review, but they truly do not deserve even 1.
This company is a joke

I placed an order and cancelled it the same day as I changed my mind. I had an email from them saying no problem they would cancel the order amd that the items would not be sent out. I received the order even though I had confirmation that a refund was being processed, I have emailed the company twice to find out why this has happened and now they are ignoring my emails, awful service avoid at all costs.

I bought a decal to belong to this company and review the jewelry. They are a complete scam. There isn't actually any jewelry.

Just arrived. What a load of tat! Lesson learned. Avoid!

Never buying from them again. Such awful quality and cab buy on eBay etc for tenth of price. Shame on you.

They do not exist, dissolved in 2016.
Emails with fake tracking links, so response to chasing and bull about items being stuck, when their own website track says it was in London.

Total scam! Followed up several times and never received my mother/daughter bracelet I ordered. They sent a bogus email about being too busy and when another saying it was delivered. Stole my money and lied.

NEVER RECEIVED ORDER! My stepson asked me what I wanted for Christmas (2023). I’m not one to ask for specific things but he wanted to get me something I wanted. I had seen the mother daughter link necklace and thought it was perfect since I just had my daughter in November 2023. When I sent him the website link he even said he would order the 2 pack they advertise so my daughter could have one even if it was much later. It’s now March 2024 and we never receive the package. He didn’t persue a refund or ask for tracking so I’m certain I will never get the necklaces. As cute as they look I would say DO NOT ORDER!!

Took forever to receive and the bracelet is so cheap looking and looks nothing like the picture!!!!! Return policy is basically nonexistent!!!! Do not buy from this company!!!!!!

I didn’t read the reviews on this site, am truly sorry i didn’t as their experiences mirror mine, paid for products, did not receive them, contacted customer service who keep sending same email about delivery times when my order is well outside of those times, disgraceful customer service. No explanation, no resolution.
I would encourage EVERYONE who has had a problem with this company to do what I am doing and contact Trading Standards and report them as they are in breach of the Sale of Goods and Services Act, Trading Standards can investigate them if people complain. Contact Trading Standards

Purchased a fidget ring for my daughter end of November as a Christmas present. 6 weeks later (from using not purchase) it’s literally fallen apart. I’ve been refused an exchange or refund. I even offered to send the ring back but they are not interested. Told me I’m outside of the 30 days. Please don’t waste your money!

I ordered three girl gang rings for my friends and myself, they came. I wore mine for less than a week and realized it literally snagged on everything and would bend wide open. It is not made very well. I contacted the company asked for a full refund they told me that I would have to send these rings back on my own dime, I went to the post office and this would cost almost half of what I spent on the rings. I reached out to the customer service at Olivia jewelry asked if they would send me a return label and all they did was send me return instructions. it’s like my email was not even read , I am very unhappy with my money spent and feel stuck.

I ordered a bracelet with a particular saying on it. What came was not the saying that I ordered. I contacted their customer service and no one has ever responded.

Just received 2 bracelets. Just want to make sure everyone is aware that you can barely read the writing on them. It is extremely Tiny! The quality seems nice enough but they need to make the bar wider so that you’re actually able to read the wording

Placed an order in December. Emailed looking for an update, they first say it been shipped, then tell me it hasnt shipped, then tell me its been lost. Been emailing and asking for a refund and no one does not reply. I am with out my order and no money. This is extremely unprofessional and poor customer service

It’s been almost a month since I purchased something. It has not arrived, I asked for a refund as the bracelet would not come in time for my daughter’s birthday. Suddenly I receive a tracking number and nothing has been updated in days.
