Less than one month after buying a £500+ dining table, we noticed the veneer coating is bubbling and lifting. We raised this with Olivia’s and they said they were discussing with the manufacturer. It took just over a week to get a response and when they did reply, they said that there is nothing they could do as the table looked dented not bubbled. I then left a bad review, to which they asked me to send more photos. I provided more evidence of the damage and they resolved this very quickly, agreeing it was a manufacturing fault and offering a full refund or replacement. It was unfortunate they did not believe me initially but they did put this right and the issue has now been resolved.

Great selection to choose from and site was easy to navigate. As a first time customer was delighted to receive the offer of £25 off my order.

I am pleased to have found this website which, although I have not yet received the products, appears to sell good quality products. I thought the choice was excellent. The descriptions of mirrors were very good as they included the type of fixings on the back. The type of fixings and locations on the back of a mirror are important to know for a bathroom mirror which will be hung over a sink so pipework can be avoided.

Really bad experience ordering a mirror - ordered in November 2025 for a January delivery which wasn't ideal to begin with. Delivery date came & went. Really difficult process tracking the order only to find out after contacting them that they've pushed back delivery again without informing me. Given over a lot of money, not sure if I will actually receive my item. Risky retailer.

Love the choice of products and great discounts on sale items. Will definitely keep coming back as I furnish my new home.
