By far the worst Customer service department. For the customer to have to contact them about the status of her warranty is unheard of, From the auditors to customer service reps. they are not helpful. I had the worst experience with my vehicle trying to get them to start a claim and gather followup information. the rep wouldnt provide a breakdown of what was approved or not telling me he only discuss that information with the shop.

I have consistently had great experiences with the Omega Home & Auto Care team. My most recent experience was with an engine replacement on my 2015 Infiniti QX60. The adjusters and representatives have expeditiously reviewed and approved my claims on both occasions when requested. In addition, they were both extremely helpful in explaining the claims process; down to the details and reasons for authorized parts.

In addition, when I have called for clarity regarding the breakdown of authorized payments, they have been extraordinarily helpful with requested information. More importantly, they have shown extreme empathy for any situations outside of the ordinary process, while providing any assistance they could provide. I would definitely recommend Omega Auto Care for your Extended Warranty needs.

Although all representatives have been great; shout out to **Zan** and **Logan** for their empathy of my situation as well as their detailed assistance.

SCAM THIS Company is calling people stating that they work they are the Warranty company directly from Ford. STAY FAR AWAY THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST AND LIARS THEY DON'T WORK FOR FORD. They need to be put out of business and they're a horrible Warranty company anyways they don't like to pay claims
