I spoke/chatted with Abbie and she couldn't have been more helpful. Outstanding knowledge and very pleasant to chat with.

The communication was ok maybe I missed something when taking out the policy but the excess was extreme and for that reason I cancelled. To cancel you have to on the live chat as there is no way to do this on the portal - when cancelling I chatted with Abbie who was very reasonable and tried all she could with different offers but I had already had something else ready to go but all in all Abbie was great
