Clear explanations, consistent follow-up, easy to work with. I appreciate all of these attributes from you and your team. This is not a situation I wanted to find myself in, but you made the process palletable!

I would have rated 5 stars but this process is beginning to be confusing. Talking to too many different people, one saying one thing and then someone else calling next day saying something different.Its getting frustrating.

When I began my "journey" I was somewhat apprehensive but my fears were without merit as I soon discovered.Both Grant Sechman and Nick Bakerian were very professional and knowledgeable.I could not have asked for two people better suited to their chosen profession. In addition to which both appraisers that came to my home were pleasant,courteous and also knowledgeable. My sincere thanks to all of these people.

the people that were involved in the process were friendly and helpful with the process throughout and helpful and understanding of my needs and worries throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions and concerns.

It was a long process but teams at One Reverse Mortgage figured out how to get it done for me, so I have a better future for myself as I grow older and head towards retirement. Now I have a brighter outlook thanks to them.

The process took a while but everything went smoothly

I first was contacted by John - beginning this process was a bit scary but John explained things in a thorough manner and provided me with information to educate myself on the process and what was in store throughout this process, then he was promoted and passed to Minerva. But through the process Kahla Black was my go-to-person. She knew the process thoroughly, was patient with me when I was struggling with getting the pay-off amount from Key Bank and she kept me informed every step of the way. Kahla answered all of my questions and put me at ease with this process. Right up to the end Kahla was great as was John. I cannot thank them both for their great customer service. I called approximately 6 to 8 months ago and I was not qualified but I never received the lighted magnifier that we were supposed to get just for calling in. I even called later to ask about it and told it was on the way. Wow, I wander where the heck they are sending it from to take nearly a year and still not here. Don't promise something if you have no intention of doing it.

From start to finish One Reverse fully explained the process, were very organized and efficient in its implementation, and professionally oversaw it from start to finish. Very friendly people to deal with, as well. I highly recommend them!!!

Just finished the process of obtaining a reverse mortgage with One Reverse. The whole process was very easy. Everyone that I talked to was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dave and Eric were great. They explained everything so that I could understand it.

From our initial call for simple general information, all the way through closing, we found everyone associated with the process at One Reverse to be extremely knowledgeably, competent, patient, informative, friendly and thorough, especially Our mortgage banker Mike O’Leary in Detroit, Kahla Black in San Diego. We never felt pressured, and every question was answered quickly and thoroughly. We expected nothing less as we have had similar experience with Quicken Rocket on 2 other mortgage transactions in the past

very professional folks to work with. they stayed on top of everything and answered our questions patiently and clearly. everything that they told us would happen did and we are very pleased with the experience. the one down side to this loan was the appraisal process, and we realize that it was beyond orm's control. the government insisted on a second appraisal that took several weeks to complete, but again beyond orm's control. we did receive a credit from orm for the second appraisal costs that showed us that they do value their clients. would highly recommend this company to anyone looking into a reverse mortgage.

Thanks for all your help! This was a fearful experience for me as a 73-year-old. But you and Terry made this experience joyful. I can't believe I did this. I had a clue of what should happen and spoke and started this process a couple of times. However the first two companies was very pushy and did not explain the entire procedure to me. It seems that they were only interested in the bottom line and making a sale. Thanks again for your assistance.

Though out the process; which started with investigation, getting educated about the product and doing comparison shopping with other lenders, there was a level of understanding and communication that I appreciated. What was absent was any pressure to get to our decision and the follow up with questions we had was excellent.
