Phenomenal Customer Service from Benjamin and Isabelle
Both Benjamin and Isabelle were a huge help for me whilst working through my utility bill account set up.
On April 15th, Benjamin Tate broke the ice with his personable yet professional skills & took the time to explain how OneUtility worked. He briefed me with the necessary information I required with such clarity and depth, and was happy to enquire as to whether I had any questions along the way, making sure I understood the t&c’s
On April 20th, Isabelle was extremely supportive in her suggestions for alternatives to certain tenancy issues she couldn’t control from her end and ensured our call didn’t leave me as down as I felt in the beginning and ended with a little laugh at the end. She remained professional and encouraged me to continuing pursuing the answers I needed for the progression I needed with my situation.
I thoroughly enjoyed speaking to them both.

One utilty are a pleasure to be with
One utilty are a pleasure to be with. They found us a brilliant package as soon as we moved into our house and made everything so easy. There was a few slight issues on behalf of the gas company (not one utilty) but rhwy made sure they sorted everything in the best way possible. I always try and speak to Dan M because he makes such an effort to reassure you that things will get sorted and they do.

Disgusting rip off company
Literally the biggest rip off ever it’s actually disgusting. I thought it was bad enough when I moved up to Newcastle from Milton Keynes expecting to pay less being up north but instead getting charged £232 for electric and internet which is about 3 times what I was paying down south and I have now just had an email to say that when the year ends in May they will be putting my price up from £232 to £385.22. Honestly how do the owners sleep at night I am a single man who can barely get by as it is I’m genuinely so shocked an appalled by this company and of course I will not be renewing or ever using you again.

We talk they listen and do an exelent job of paying your utilty bills,this is a good thing when you live on your own as you have a lot of things to consider with what little money you have as a OAP and let them do the sums and you pay once a month so that adds up to at least for bills you dont need to worry about,

That was probably the least stressful…
That was probably the least stressful phone call I’ve had regarding sorting out utility bills. I honestly can’t stand talking to different networks trying to get the best deal to keep my bills low. I find it frustrating and time consuming. This place does it all and are very professional too.
I had a chap called Shantho deal with my package deal and he was brilliant. He was very patient, polite, helpful and efficient. He honestly was a nice man and made it fool proof for me at my request. There are several different package options. It is all very person centred and tailored to suit the individual households needs. I am very excited about my unlimited energy package. This is now peace of mind for me that I can be warm all year around if I choose! Thank shantho you are a diamond!!!!
