Waist of time, I went round 4 Boots Chemist in a Uber to find my collect. And on the 4th they had one in stock, but couldn’t collect it as the prescription was in another Boots, so after waisting a complete day a gave up 😡

Poor experience with Boots Online "Doctor"
I simply do not recommend the Boots online "doctor" service (operated by Boots Digital Health Ltd.) for any GLP medication! They charge nearly double compared to other registered online providers and do not deliver any service that is either supportive or benicial to individual customers.

Cancellation fee is 20£. Bought medicine for 25£. But I didn't require it anymore and want to return. So they said they will refund only 5£. Total ripp-off

Farce
Registered online, ordered medication and stated a one off order. However, they have sent medication again that I have not ordered and charged me. I have sent medication back and got refund. I have tried to cancel my account but nobody seems to want to help and keep getting told that I need to speak to somebody else. Go to that department and get told not us and get sent back to original person, a total farce.
